  Their own manager got our order wrong and didn't even offer a discount or offer anything. Just said "oh I heard something else" we had to wait longer for our food and still didn't offer anything for his mistake. I mean it's easy to offer an apple pie or a discount even though it's small it's just a jester of kindness. Places like this need, that are huge in their own rights, need people who can make sure customers come back. Not act like it was our fault. He heard our order wrong. Anyways, poor service and if the manager acts this way it's hard to believe how the regular workers are.

  So we just went through the drive-thru (at 12:55pm, on May 11th), and while we were ordering, we took probably 3 seconds to decide what to get (the screens switch, so I was waiting to see what was featured on the Ronald mcdonald day screen), and the drive thru attendant not even 3 seconds after we had previously answered screamed at us through the mic, verbatim "you have to tell me what you want", and the anger in his tone flustered me, so I said one moment, and he continued to yell at me. I just ordered the first thing I saw because I wanted to end the situation and was about to cry (I don't react well to people yelling at me). I understand being stressed (as this was at lunch time, and lunch can be busy), but I've never met an attendant so angry and impatient. I am appaled.

  The Northland McDonald's is THE BEST, MOST CONSISTENT McDonald's. Everyone hates that McDonald's inconsistency right? If you come here, that will never happen. I wish I could tip.

  If I could I would give this a zero star. They didn’t even fill my pop the whole way and don’t allow for refills. They also asked us to leave without doing anything but laughing. Plus they don’t even sanitize all their table and seats and it’s quite dirty in general.

  Mcds coffee is the best, but staff need some training badly at this location. non English speakers on drive thru half the time.
