  Asked for two mcchickens with cheese, both had beef patties, it took longer than it should’ve and it wasn’t even the correct order. Disappointing

  I like this MC Donald’s because there is one great person that is Samara , she is cleaning everything immediate after customers are gone and always with the smile. Everything after her is clean when I go to washroom that is extra plus for this MC busy location. Samara, thank you for great customer service! You are the best!

  She was rude, worked without gloves, and I waited 10 minutes for my coffee. The attitude was very unprofessional. I wanted to sit and relax, but now I have no desire to stay in the establishment at all.

  Have been a long time McDonalds corporate employee in fact still own stock I’m in the company and generally most visits are good ones but today’s visit to this restaurant was appalling !! Snow had happened over night all the walks were not shovelled and that would be important as this corporate store is OPEN 24 hours ! In addition garbage bins the same two on the walkway are always overflowing in the morning . A shopping cart was left on the walkway from Walmart. Obviously no one checks on the maintenance person’s responsibilities and holds them accountable for completion. The washroom was in terrible shape and leads me ti believe no maintenance person was scheduled last evening a terrible move for a Friday! I have noted this as a trend for the corporate stores in Calgary to bypass scheduling any maintenance and covering with available mop unfollows but many other cleanliness issues are being g forgotten. The men’s room, pizza was strewn all over the toilet cubicle and someone had etched a note on the men’s mirror ! The washroom was disgusting! Service at the counters at ALL THE CALGARY corporate stores is neglected because they think every person is going to use the customer service kiosks . I avoid them because the ordering screens are rarely cleaned and people do not wash their hands in the washroom especially certain cultures. So I don’t use the kiosks and after COVID is TOP OF MIND with many consumers . Again today had to wait at the counter to be acknowledged. The stores are getting busier between 5 to 6 am because of daylight becoming visible yet the store hasn’t adjusted by adding more service staff . One person serving counter and Drive thru. This is a 24 hour store means service is going to suffer and counter is where the greatest opportunity exists !
