  Train your employees on how to do delivery correctly! If im there to pick up the order dont ignore me for 10mins and then expect me not too have an attitude! When you were giving the attitude from the beginning! If i am there to pick up an order and you dont have it, it means you gave another driver the wrong order! Just remake the one i have! I showed these employees I was at the correct location! And a live order! Tell me to fix it? No! Fix your employees attitude and fix it quick. Or the ratings on doordash app with go down too. Not just me!

  I Always had a bad experience. Especially at night time. Order is always late and the staff is always rude. Courier company pays us per delivery not per hour. Yesterday, I waited for 30 minutes to pick the order and the courier companys charges extra $3 and paid me for the getting delivery late. When I picked up the order and deliver to the customer, The customer also rude to me because the delivery was late. I told him it's due to the mcdonalds, they made this order late. Customer said It's 3:00 am and I ordered 40 to 50 minutes ago nearly 2:20am. I want to sleep now, anyway I will not order from this mcdonalds.

  There is one scarf lady mostly working at night shift in this mcdonalds. She is always very rude and arrogant to customers. She always make orders late, Most of the time we have to wait for 30 minutes to get the order. When I ask her that delivery is getting late and she always responds in a flippant way, her response is that I am not responsible for the order and you can cancel the order. She doesn't care about mcdonalds reputation and doesn't have any professional ethics or way of dealing with customers. I would request the management to please look into it. All delivery drivers are upset. Kindly make sure we get the orders on time as order always gets late on a average of 30 minutes.
