    We only got 9 tenders and my husband ordered sausage no egg McMuffin and this is what he receive. All he said was no pickles but they decided to remove most of it. We are extremely disappointed for spending over $40. Someone needs to check on the McDonald’s in Royal Oak, Calgary, Alberta

    Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a Deluxe Cheeseburger at the McDonald’s inside the Walmart in Royal Oak, NW, and it was served completely cold. Even the cheese was cold and hadn’t melted, which clearly shows the burger wasn’t freshly made. Paying full price for food that feels like it has been sitting around is unacceptable. It honestly felt like there was no care put into preparing the order. If employees aren’t willing to do the job properly, they shouldn’t be serving customers this way. Customers deserve hot, fresh food and basic quality, not a cold burger that seems like it had been sitting for a long time. This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had.

    Just as terrible as the Walmart it’s located in. Staff can’t figure out orders, the wait is always ridiculous and the menu is always lacking. Skip the bad service and go to one with a drive thru.

    "I bought a Vanilla Cloud iced coffee at the McDonald's in Royal Oak yesterday, and the ice took up over 60% of the cup’s volume. So today, I went back and specifically asked for no ice at the counter. The cashier told the barista, but they forgot. I asked for a remake, and the second cup still had ice. They said the manager doesn’t allow drinks with no ice. I told them I paid extra compared to a regular iced coffee—I wanted coffee, not ice. I said they could just make me a regular iced coffee without vanilla cream and without ice. In the end, they gave me a regular iced coffee… with vanilla cream on top. The problem is… wasn’t that exactly what I needed from the very beginning? Such a basic, simple request took 15 minutes of waiting. I find it totally unacceptable—it’s literally just three steps: pour the coffee into the cup, add vanilla cream, put the lid on. It’s just unbelievable and absurd."
