  Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a delivery order through the app, and after more than an hour, the status was still stuck on "Preparing Your Order." I called to follow up and was told they were simply waiting for a driver. After waiting another 30 minutes, I tried calling again multiple times, but nobody answered. What makes this even more frustrating is that the app won't allow me to cancel the order and instead instructs me to call the same number that no one is answering. Customers are left with no updates, no support, and no way to resolve the issue. If this store cannot fulfill delivery orders in a reasonable timeframe, they should stop accepting them. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. I won't be ordering from this location again.
