  Very disappointed with this place during my recent visit. Unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill recently. I ordered through the app for pickup. When I arrived, the front counter was completely unattended for about 5 minutes, and noticed my order was just sitting out in the delivery pickup area. Anyone could have easily walked off with it without being noticed, checked or questioned. ​When I sat down, I realized my sauces were missing. Trying to get assistance was difficult; the music was loud and cancelling out my voice, the counter remained unmonitored for another few minutes, and staff didn't notice me trying to get their attention. When a staff member finally showed up, she handed me the sauces with zero acknowledgment of the mistake or an apology. The lack of customer care was disappointing. This location used to be good but ​it looks like there's an entirely new crew here, and they need better training on customer service and basic order accuracy. All I ordered was a 6 piece tenders which comes with two sauces. It's not even a complicated order.

  very long wait time for wrong order by the time i get home which is 5 minutes drive from location i find out spicy instead of regular ok whatever but then my whole order is cold to the touch after waiting in store 20 minutes for it to be “ made “ was told would be 6 minutes wait time when i ordered aswell kept me another 15 for cold food so yeah im kinda annoyed and this location is kinda trash for that

  I ordered a 4 pc.chicken meal 1 thigh, 1 leg, 1 wing and 1 breast, with fries. When I returned home opened the box had dried up 3 legs 1 thigh and 1 wing ready for the garbage. You call this finger licking good. I will never ever return to this establishment. Should be closed. K

  Extremely disappointing experience. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and nowhere near the quality I would expect from KFC. What made the experience even worse was the service. I waited approximately 30 minutes for my order when there was only ONE customer ahead of me and the restaurant was not busy at all. There was absolutely no reason for a simple order to take that long. The service was so poor that it honestly isn’t even worth getting into. There was no sense of urgency and no effort to make the experience better for the customer. Waiting 30 minutes in an almost empty restaurant for food that was overcooked is simply unacceptable. One bad experience can happen anywhere, but this was bad enough that I have no reason to come back. Not going again.

  Terrible service. Came in 5 minutes late for my pickup and they still told me to wait for 10 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. These workers look absolutely lost. Who the hell trained these workers? Hello?
