  Have eaten here often. We have been happy until today's experience. My crispy chicken wrap was as hard as a rock and my husband's crispy chicken sandwich was cold.

  Had a great experience at KFC thanks to Genevieve! She was very friendly, patient, and professional while taking our order. The service was fast and she made sure everything was correct. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone with a positive attitude. Keep up the great work, Genevieve!

  Had to go to this store because Midnapore had no coleslaw. After driving south for 10 minutes to the Legecy Store, I order the special coupon 9 piece with Large Fries and 2 individual gravy. I paid to upcharge for a large gravy. They gave me the bag and said here's your order. When I got home and opened the bag, NO LARGE FRIES. Their customer service is NIL. They told me I would have to come back to pick them up. Hmmm. They made the mistake yet expect me to forget about it or correct it myself. I DONT THINK SO.

  Ayer cerca de las 10 pm hice un pedido por delivery de un bucket de 14 piezas de pollo, pero mi queja es que vinieron 7 piezas de alas, por favor no puede pasar eso, parecia que me dieron las sobras de la noche. les pongo 5 por que siempre he tenido buena atencion presencial y no los quiero perjudicar con el promedio, solo queria que lo sepan y no vuelva a pasar, pero no se que les paso esta vez. Gaste casi 70 dolares para hacer este pedido por delivery app!
