  Always late and there's no number to follow up on. The generic line drops when you choose to talk to a representative. Frustrating location!

  I am very disappointed with this location. I explained to the Philippines lady at the cash register that the ordering machine double charged me for 2 poutines but I only ordered one. Instead, she kept trying to give me chicken strips instead of giving me a refund for the extra poutine. I kept explaining to her that i only wanted 1, but its like she didn't listen to what I was saying. Then I just took my food and left because she just wouldn’t listen to me, or maybe she didn’t understand me. Either way, I am extremely disappointed.

  A bit irritated! Guess the staff does not pay close attention to orders! I ordered a chicken sandwich add pickles . I get home to no pickles on my chicken sandwich. I’d also like to mention the chicken on the sandwich is harder than a rock + only the size of my pinky finger. I can’t even eat it! Pickles are an additional $.50 . 😡 Guessing this is the way they make there extra money / gipping customers off So LAME!

  Terrible experience with takeout at this KFC location. The restaurant was not even busy, yet I still waited over 25 minutes for just a single item. To make matters worse, the staff completely ignored me while I was waiting. It is absolutely unacceptable to experience such slow service and careless customer support when there is no crowd. I will not be coming back to this location.

  KFC DOESN’T LISTEN. Don’t waste your time. I had issues at this location as they had no salads (out of stock), forgot part of my order and genuinely a poor experience. I did the review and it was polite but detailed my experience. They say you will be contacted but it’s been 4 days and I’ve not heard from anyone. In today’s financial climate, people just want value for their money and want to be heard when things aren’t up to par. Being out of cole slaw and macaroni salad and then charge extra for a side you didn’t really want but took anyway. How could they not transfer salad from another location. Why say you will be contacted then all you get is crickets. I’m probably more annoyed that I was not contacted when they say they will, than the experience itself Enough said
