  This is ridiculous. At 11 PM, I drove for miles because Google showed the drive-thru/store as open, and even the drive-thru sign lights were on. I arrived, called out several times, and nobody answered. I went up to the window and there was nobody inside — apparently the place was actually closed. Both online and on the store lights it clearly showed as open. You wasted my time and made me burn fuel for nothing. Absolutely terrible service.

  The restaurant was clean and the overall atmosphere was nice. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely come back again.

  Arian did fantastic service , It was my first visit at KGC, She gave me such super combo meal options, This KFC made my night just becuase of Arian,,,,, Keep it up Arian, You are so goot at it.

  This is possibly the worst KFC in the world. They took over an hour to prepare my delivery order and when it arrived everything was cold. What a disgrace this place is. Such poor quality, attention to detail and they just dont even seem to care.

  I cant possibly give a lower review on this place. Terrible service, and I was served frozen food and told 'thats how we serve it here'. Every employee tried to defend the fact that they were 'supposed' to serve it frozen as if thats what is expected on a hot food item. You can google the item yourself and it will tell you it was made incorrectly if it was frozen. Then they had the audacity to call me back and continue to defend this point of stupidity. If I can google it and it says its supposed to be hot, and you work there and cant figure that out. There is a problem. Both my friend and I addressed the issue in store and were ignored when we brought it up. If I could score zero I would. Dont eat here.
