Took 30 minutes for a simple 9 piece bucket, people ordering 4 piece meals after me got their order 15 minutes before I got mine. Never ordering KFC again in my life

The restaurant was very quiet didn’t have much going on, but when I seem to use the drink fountain, there is a bunch of ants from either the drink spray or the ice machine, not sure where all these ants came from and I was eating and drinking there so it makes me feel a little bit weird now

Saw two men walking off from the store and 1 lady on her phone and no one was taking our order we had to say “excuse me” couple times and when we ordered for a fountain drink they left the machine closed and we had to wait more til the two men came in and opened the machine, Tables were dirty and store was not busy at all, happened at 4:10pm.

KFC is a good place for those people who like chicken.I like everything of KFC.Last weekend me and my friends went there to enjoy the time together. We ordered sandwiches, popcorn chicken and poutines. The service was great. The food was very tasty and fresh. We enjoyed the food. The staff at KFC was very nice. They care about the health of their customers. We saw that the employees who prepared the food was wearing gloves on their hands. The dine-in area and the restrooms was very clean and tidy.I appreciate everyone to go there with your loved ones to enjoy the food ,precious time and your most valuable money at right place.
