  Place is nice and clean. Went here for dinner for my first night in Calgary and was met with a paperless kiosk which was nice but the wait for your food will be 25 minutes. And the meal will not make up for the wait. If you’re here late, your best bet would have probably have been the Brewery or Pizza place near by.

  Orders are always backed up. I waited 20 minutes after the pickup time for them to tell me they don’t have any more food, even though they’re still accepting orders online. Do not recommend this location.

  Worst KFC drive thru in the world. Dont enter or you will get stuck for hours just to get fries

  I tried to order chicken on this location. The supervisor told me it will take 40 minutes because the one whose making it is on break. And i asked her, dont know how to make it, she said it will take time for me to do it because the one whose making it is on break. as a supervisor or employee if someone whose on break you should onow how to make it. thats why there is training. what if that employee who know how to bread and cook the chicken, has emergency, didnt come to work. who is the employee ne who will cook? very dissappointed, It is the first time i heard that. I’ve been working in n the food undustry, i never never heard that. KFC MAKE SURE YOUR STAFF IS WELL TRAIN. Sorry for my word because what i experience on this location is not good. They will let your customer to wait 40 minutes for a chicken because the one whose making it is on break.

  The food here is gross, I got the original chicken sandwich and omg. The chicken was old and very dry. My buddy got the 4 pc and the pcs were so small it must have came off a mag pie. There was 10 to 15 little fries in the box. Don't eat here. Go to Popeyes or mary browns if you want good fried chicken.
