  Worst customer service experienced ever for this KFC location. I requested for a pc of rib in my order and Arshdeep lied saying it defaults to dark meat only while the online app shows an option for standard or dark meat. He said he gave me the standard option with thigh, rib and wing but when I got home I did not get a rib. When I returned to complain, he lied again saying that the standard option comes with thigh, leg and wing. I've worked at KFC for years and I know that for a 3pcs of chicken order, there are several options other than just the thigh, leg and wing and he could have included a rib in my order. The chicken and hot wings also looked old and expired. The zinger sandwich was just fine.

  We wanted some KFC and found this location. It was clean. The chicken was great, as were the fries. This has been the best location thus far.

  By far the laziest KFC in Calgary, sitting in the lineup after taking our order for 20 minutes and to get up to the window and them to say what would you like, meanwhile, chickens going off the counter in the lobby and we still have to wait longer.

  They still make you use those stupid self serve kiosks, at least they work here.

  How is this place operating as a fast food restaurant when I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and it was just myself and a car behind me?? I waited so long from the time I placed my order to actually paying for my order that they didn’t even know what I ordered. I then had to wait for my order from there. This might be a staffing issue as I literally only saw 1 employee inside but as a fast food restaurant this is unacceptable
