  I bought 18 pcs chicken in a bucket today with 3 fries and 2 gravy as sides for take out. There are like 10 pcs of small legs as seen in the pictures the size and 8 small pcs of breast.The gravy taste bad. It seems uncooked. My first time to buy in this location and I always go to Falconridge and I don’t have any issues. I tried to call the store but no one answers.

  I ordered a burger combo, onion rings, and a complimentary chicken popcorn. When I picked up my order, I didn’t notice that the popcorn was missing. I only realized it after I got home and checked the parcel. This has actually happened to me before as well. The last time I ordered a burger combo, they forgot to include the cool drink that was part of the combo. I had to ask them about it, and then they gave it to me. It’s really disappointing to have to keep checking and asking for items that are already included in the order. This kind of service is frustrating, especially when it keeps happening. Definitely not a good experience.

  They offer one packet of ketchup. If you want additional packets of ketchup than they withhold dipping sauce.

  I went back after many years today and was reminded why I stopped going. This location is the worst kfc I've had in calgary. The fries of my poutine were stale and the gravy did not have the right taste or texture (grainy). So gross and waste of money. Just had to throw it out.

  Fast food is all about customer service and food and unfortunatey this kfc failed on both specially front lady attidute was unbearable she took order and throw the receipt on me, they ran out of fries so I asked for replacement and she refused without politely saying she rudly said we dont have any fries neither we offer any replacement and all I have to pay extra if need onion rings...
