  Great experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. A special shoutout to Dylan, Hope, and Jovelyn for their excellent customer service. They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. Fast service, great attitude, and a clean restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a great experience at the KFC in SkyPoint. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, especially the crispy chicken. My order was prepared quickly, and the staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, making the visit even more enjoyable.   Stopped by KFC today and Had a really great experience! The chicken was hot and crispy, and flavorful, and my order came out quickly, a big thankyou to Jovelyn, Dae and billy, for being so friendly and welcoming they made the visit even better woth their excellent customer service, the resturant was clean, and everything tasted fresh, i’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work! 😃

  To Dylan, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from you. Working in the food service industry requires more than simply taking orders and serving food—it requires treating customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Your attitude came across as unfriendly, unapproachable, and unnecessarily grumpy. Customers should never feel like they are an inconvenience for simply ordering food or asking questions. A simple smile, a welcoming attitude, and basic politeness can make a significant difference in a customer’s experience, and these things cost nothing to provide. I have worked in a similar customer service role before, so I understand the pressures that come with the job. Even on difficult days, I always made an effort to provide customers with the best service possible because that is part of the responsibility of the role. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and made to feel welcome. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the interaction. People may forget what they ordered, but they rarely forget how they were treated. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make an effort to improve your attitude toward customers. Being friendly, patient, and professional is not asking for too much—it is a basic expectation in the service industry. A smile and a little kindness can go a long way, and they cost nothing.
