    Chose to get a popcorn chicken poutine since I haven't had KFC in a while and was craving KFC gravy. Service was awesome as I couldn't find it on the menu but they put it in and provided it quick. Was very disappointed to find out their gravy has been changed to this sad, thin, tasteless instant mix. Obviously this isn't this franchise's fault but I'm going to be rather hesitant to spend any more money at KFC unless I find out they have gone back.

    I ordered twister and it was poorly done. The tortilla was cold and when I asked for the help to reheat, the response was that they don’t have the grill machine. It’s too bad for a big name like KFC, the twister; very easy one to make and it’s not being properly heated or prepared.

    Very disappointing experience at KFC in Chinook Mall, Calgary. I ordered and fully paid for a Favorite Box for One. After we had already been waiting for our order, an employee came to tell us that they had no popcorn chicken. That was very frustrating because popcorn chicken was the part my child wanted most. Instead of offering a fair replacement, they suggested fries, macaroni, or corn. That made no sense because the meal already included poutine, so more fries were not a real substitute. I asked if they could replace the popcorn chicken with regular chicken. The employee went to ask the manager, and the manager first said no. I then asked them to cancel my order. Only after that did they suddenly agree to give us chicken. When I asked whether they meant actual chicken pieces or strips, the manager just threw in one single strip and handed over the order. It felt rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. In the end, we silently took the order only because my child was already upset and very hungry. That made the whole situation even more disappointing. This was poor customer service and a very disappointing way to handle a simple issue. If an item is unavailable after the customer has already paid, the replacement should be fair and the staff should communicate respectfully. This experience left a very bad impression.
