  this spot does not play about getting your order WRONG they will do it every time. I ordered from here twice and I should have taken the first time they got my shit wrong as a warning. came here at 10pm too and they said chicken would be a 30 minute wait??? at kfCHICKEN???

  Very frustrated with having to order food through a machine instead of a human. A human did come to help with the machine though.

  The counter staff was very friendly and I received my takeout order quickly. BUT the chicken was dripping with grease. I don't think the oil was hot enough when they cooked it; and the oil was rancid. Rancid oil is a health risk and has a disgusting taste. The rancid smell stayed on my hands until I could wash them (twice) when I got home. I won't be back to that location.

  Worst service ever!!!came to order dinner for my family and wanted to get crispy chicken instead original and was told it would take 40 mins if I wanted to wait that long, so much for fast food!....I know how pressure cook fryers work, they take 10 to 15 minutes to cook a batch of chicken. This is totally unappropriate as it felt like I was burdening them to make a crispy and they didn't want to do it...so much for customer service...never coming to this location agian!
