  This is my first negative review as an Uber Eats driver, and I feel compelled to share my experience. On Sunday, June 14, 2026, at around 8:50 AM, I arrived at this KFC location to pick up an Uber Eats order. As drivers, our goal is to make sure customers receive their food on time, so I simply walked to the window to politely let the staff know that I had arrived for the pickup. Instead of being treated professionally, I was given a negative rating by a staff member just for informing her that I was there to collect the order. I found this unfair and disappointing, especially since I was only trying to do my job and help ensure timely delivery for the customer. This location also appears to cause unnecessary delays for Uber Eats drivers, which affects delivery times and creates a poor experience for both drivers and customers. Many drivers have experienced long waits here, making it difficult to provide the level of service customers expect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this location. Better communication, professionalism, and respect toward delivery drivers would go a long way in improving service for everyone involved.

  I had an extremely poor experience with my recent KFC online order. The app clearly showed that my order was “ready for pickup,” so I went to the store expecting a quick collection. However, upon arriving, I was told by staff that my order was still being prepared. I ended up waiting around 20 minutes inside the store, wondering what was going on and repeatedly checking on the status. After waiting, I approached the staff again to follow up—only to discover my order had actually been sitting on the kitchen table for quite some time already, ready the whole time. It was clearly a mistake on their side in managing the order, but what made the experience worse was the complete lack of apology or acknowledgment of the error. No apology, no explanation—just wasted time. In total, I lost about 20 minutes of my day unnecessarily due to poor coordination and customer service. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially for something as simple as a pickup order that should have been ready as indicated in the app.

  Terrible customer service. Came for a mobile pickup and let the crew know someone cut ahead of us, but they served them anyway. When we spoke up, she was super rude and just said, 'We are busy.' Being busy isn't an excuse to treat customers poorly or ignore who was actually next in line. Left 2 stars so this review actually stays up for people to see, but the service was a solid zero.

  Racist staff. I came through their drive thru and was told to come back in 6 mins. When I came back after 6 mins, there was a car ahead of me which stayed on the pickup window for 20 mins because his order wasn’t ready. Why wasn’t he asked to come back after 20 mins for his order ? Because he was a white customer. Shame on you KFC for being Racist. Absolutely Disgusting.

  So far best KFC in Calgary. Crowfoot KFC frustrated me twice with service and food quality. I called to let them know that chicken quality was bad. Manager was more excusing than listening my experience. Since then, drive 10km and come to this KFC every time I decide to eat. Every single visit I found every single member was very friendly, cordial to help. I don’t know the name, but much appreciated guys.
