Cashier doesn’t work. The food came cold. The stuff did not add the BQQ sauce, spoon 🥄, napkins. I advised the staff that the digital payment was not working. I was waiting for her add a notice there , but a lot of customers after me, were trying to make the payment at the same place… after 15 minutes trying they also figured out that it was not working. I would never go back there! If you to go to KFC, choose another location instead!

I placed an order and didn’t check it before leaving. I ordered 10 chicken wings, but they only gave me 9! They didn’t even include any napkins. Terrible experience!

I’m shocked when you order fries they decide it’s gonna be over seasoned and grossly salted to hell, I mean make them how you like it and everyone else can hate it. Also.. WHAT?! TALK LOUDER?! isn’t how you address people. Thanks, this place is dogshit.

Was at this kfc today, ordered two sandwiches and a bucket of pop chicken with 2 sauces. When I came back to home, and looked at the bag, 1 sandwich was missing, one was poorly packaged, and a tomato was at the bottom of a bag, also they gave me wrong sauce. I would not come back to this location.

Well kfc workers in symons valley are very bad people because they separate people by their face, and they give contaminated food or killer food, which means they do on food some bad chemicals is that the way of business, why they do this their living by our money 💵💸 and giving us killer food, after getting the food i close to die by headache and heart beat, all foreigners and new people be careful from the kfc workers i advice you to buy your food from othe restaurants. This happend today evening at 8:30pm to 9pm, take care. Good luck to the business owner.
