  We ordered onion rings for extra and they gave us fries, then in our bucket of chicken, there was only thighs and legs! We also had to wait a long time to get our food.

  Very disappointing experience at this KFC today. We ordered a Zinger Sandwich and a Twister through the app for pickup, but the food we received was completely unacceptable. Both sandwiches were made with old, dry, and stale chicken patties that were clearly not fresh. The fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. The food was so poor in quality that we couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it in the garbage. For the price we paid, we expected fresh, hot food, not leftovers that seemed to have been sitting for hours. I hope the management takes food quality and freshness seriously because this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location unless significant improvements are made.

  Poorly managed restaurant, Staff just running around here and there, Avoiding customers who are waiting for there pickup orders. I called staff twice, they mentioned it’s getting ready. After 10 mins, they just provided the bag sitting there for last 10 mins,

  I ordered 4 quesadillas and a chicken popcorn bucket today. The chicken popcorn was totally burnt and dry. I came back with the chicken popcorn bucket to show them. There was one tall guy and one young girl with a tattoo I didn't get their name but both of them brown. When they became so defensive I just told them you can keep the food. Then I walked back and they start laughing what a disgrace. They need to learn how to speak to a customer.
