  We went to this KFC and placed a huge order, but our drink was missing. We came back the next day to get the drink, and the employee at the front who had served us the night before told us that he had the 7UP for us. However, they then tried to make me pay for the 7UP, even though I repeatedly explained that it had already been paid for. We asked about the drink again, and the same employee then told us that he remembered giving it to us, saying it with a smug look on his face. He went to the back to speak with his manager, and she told him to give us the drink. Knowing that we had placed a large order the night before, why would we waste our time coming back just for a drink if we hadn’t already paid for it? And why were we initially told that they had the 7UP for us if they believed we hadn’t paid for it? Do not waste your time coming to this KFC. The service was absolutely horrible, and the food was mediocre at best.

  This branch is clean and the staff are kind, honest and apologetic for letting me know that they have limited parts of the chicken available. Atleast you there won’t be unexpected surprises. Honesty goes a long way!

  Fast and excellent service! The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience quick and hassle-free. Everything was handled professionally, and I really appreciated how smooth the process was. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.
