  Lunchtime, I ordered on the mobile app, got the chicken Combo Bundle Bucket, the Original chicken was very dry and seemed like it was from the morning's shift. I wanted to give a shoutout to Isabel, the manager on shift, as she was able to rectify the issue right away and gave the same amount of Original Juicy Tasting KFC Chicken. I also commend the entire crew of this store for an excellent job. Looking forward to more KFC chicken Goodness at this join!

  Cashiers greeted me with a cheerful welcome and even helped me on the kiosk. They were very helpful and patient. Thank you kfc for the enjoyable experience!

  I came in, rushing to make an order after a screw up from McDonald's nearby. I saw a new order system here with three screens. I was dissatisfied at first because it takes away the human experience; however, Valeria immediately saw me and assisted me. She helped me in navigating the menu and even had suggestions for what to order. She referenced coupons which she had a book on hand and helped me locate deals and items I wanted to order. I was impressed with her dedication and knowledge of the job. She made eye contact, she was amiable and clearly knew what she was talking about. While waiting for my order, she was immediate to both deliver other orders and complete a check off list as per her supervisor. I hope that her bosses see this review. Please give this young lady a raise and some acknowledgement :) I am not always impressed but this young lady is a real one!

  Ordered a two peice meal, got three peices and no fries, though I ordered gravey for almost $4. Shit service.

  This location is better than most in Calgary. The staff is very friendly, the interior is clean, and my chicken was fresh, hot, and the pieces were huge (maybe I just got lucky). The fries were some of the best I’ve had (I like them salty), and the service was quick. The only issue was that my coupon didn’t work at the self-order kiosk, but a very kind staff member (whose name started with V) proactively offered to help and applied the coupon at the cash register, where it worked as expected. Great service, and I would definitely visit again!
