  HEADSUP!! New line cook at this location. OIL not changed. Chicken was cooked and the re cooked to heat up cold dry chicken. Fries were dark brown and smelly due to dirty oil. Gravy was watered (very odd) everything was cold upon pickup Aug 12, 2026 6:30pm this WAS the best location in the calgary never had a problem in 15 years. clearly under new management.

  Ordered 20 hot wings, only 3 winglet and the rest is drumstick. Ripoff!

  I have been a regular customer at this location for a long time and has never faced an unpleasant experience apart from the one that I faced on 19th July at 8pm. I have always used the promo coupons to get the box deals, and during the last two purchases they stated that they were out of coleslaw. When I bought the promo box deal on July 19th, I joked with the cashier that I should be given an alternative, since they ran out of coleslaw. Chen, the cashier acted swiftly and asked the Shift Manager on Duty and her Asian Manager responded ( Ma'am Only this time). I don't want your charity but her tone and the statement was derogatory and in front of other customers which is totally despicable and unacceptable. I am not that low to stoop for an alternative to the coleslaw for free of cost. The Asian Manager need to be taught basic etiquettes regarding customer service.

  A great place to enjoy a delicious meal. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and the dining area is clean. I highly recommend it!
