Store closed but still taking orders. Entered order on website, accepted by email, took money, but upon arrival store is closed. Finally got apology and commitment for refund in 25 working days. Not acceptable customer service. Lost our business!

Food was KFC. However staff are extremely slow. So extremely slow, and didnt know what a customer behind me meant when she asked for a fountain drink. Extremely inexperienced and not customer based at all which may stem from them being machine run to order instead of till

I ordered through the self‑service kiosk at this KFC, but their payment machine was out of paper. My transaction still went through, yet the staff refused to give me my meal and insisted on seeing a receipt they knew couldn’t print. Even after they replaced the paper in front of me around 10 PM on July 13, 2026, they still didn’t provide the order I paid for. They told me that it's not my issue it's machine issue and when i ask to pay again they wasn't taking order and keep arguing. Completely unacceptable service. Not recommended.
