  Store closed but still taking orders. Entered order on website, accepted by email, took money, but upon arrival store is closed. Finally got apology and commitment for refund in 25 working days. Not acceptable customer service. Lost our business!

  I ordered through the self‑service kiosk at this KFC, but their payment machine was out of paper. My transaction still went through, yet the staff refused to give me my meal and insisted on seeing a receipt they knew couldn’t print. Even after they replaced the paper in front of me around 10 PM on July 13, 2026, they still didn’t provide the order I paid for. They told me that it's not my issue it's machine issue and when i ask to pay again they wasn't taking order and keep arguing. Completely unacceptable service. Not recommended.

  Awful service. I placed my order using the kiosk, and a staff member asked for my name to confirm it. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked again from another lady who was the manager how much longer my order would take. She was extremely rude and had no idea how to speak to customers professionally. I don’t have the words to describe how disrespectful and ill-mannered her behavior was. I visited the store yesterday at around 8:00 p.m., and the experience was very disappointing. will never come again and recommend others too.

  Absolutely a horrible place to come. They won't ketchup in your bag. No napkins and they open so much sauce on your thing that you will throw out that burger. That's what happened to me. Took my family there. Bad experience. Bad workers
