Very disappointed about the service the lady was trying to talk to my husband while I was beside him and she ignored me and cussed me out and she threw a burger at me! I don’t recommend this place I think the government should close it down.

Went there last Saturday and ordered the 8pc w/fries special. Prior to ordering, I asked the guy at the counter if the deal included white meat and he said yes. Took 17 minutes just to order as he kept distracting himself with everybody else. After a total of 22 minutes, I'm given my order and see that there is no white meat: 4 x thigh, 3 x leg & 1 wing. I present it to him and he says the wing IS the white meat. I disagreed, he then sighed, took out a thigh and replaced with 1 rib and said "there, you now have 2 pieces of white meat". I mentioned about how misleading he was and that every other time this was never an issue. His stance was really uncalled for and had this stupid smile on his face while conversing.

I stopped by the KFC location on Edmonton Trail, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The restaurant was clean, the order was served fresh and piping hot, and the food was cooked to perfection. A special shoutout to the manager, Mark! He was incredibly welcoming, and attentive to taking care. Mark’s great attitude and leadership really set the tone. Fast service, fantastic food, and top-tier management. I will definitely be back!
