  If your name is Johnathan and you ordered through uber eats on July 5th 2026 around mid afternoon sorry we ate some of your food😳 We placed an order through skip and when we picked it up it was the completely wrong order. Not even close to the original order. Out of extreme hanger we ate a couple fries and a piece of popcorn chicken, under the assumption it would be thrown out and a new order would be made. When we went back to the restaurant to complain and get the correct order, they immediately took the wrong order that was brought back, switched the bag, and slapped a new “freshness” label on it and sent it out. I am completely and utterly disgusted and shocked that this happened and costumers and more specifically, Johnathan DESERVES BETTER. When looking up the guidelines around this, google was very helpful that this IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. We have submitted a complaint to Alberta Health Services regarding this. Absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.

  I ordered my food and I had 3 chicken burgers on top of my order but when the order came it had 2 Pepsis instead of 3 burgers when I called to ask if I can get a refund or have my 3 chicken sandwich’s thr first time the girl didint talk for about 1 minute so I hung up and I called again and then second time I called I was telling them I wanted a refund or my food ordered back and before I had finished my story she just said can you call back later without even hearing me out and I had no refund or my food and I was -37$

  I always see the young guy at the front counter whenever I go here. He’s always attentive, some days when it’s busy he makes sure he follows up people’s orders. Today, walked in but I forgot that store closes at 10PM and it’s drive thru only, but he still took my order. Could not say that the other staff provide the same service but because of him, I’d still rate this a 5 star. He’s amazing, give this guy a raise! He’s the one working at 10:05 PM on Canada Day, July 1.

  Nobody cares to help you and lazy manager rather to use the self-serve machine instead of helping you on the order. And then nobody wants to be accountable for that

  Very disappointed with my experience. The burger was served cold, the fries looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. I found black particles embedded throughout my burger bun, which was extremely concerning and made me stop eating immediately. Food safety and quality control should be taken seriously. I have attached photos and hope management investigates this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers.
