You only can order using kiosk. Some angry stuff that can't help.

Had a really good experience at this KFC. The lady manager was super nice and actually took the time to ask me to leave a review, which I thought was really sweet. The staff were all kind, friendly, and helpful. You could tell they were working hard, and I just wanted to give them some support because sometimes a little positive feedback goes a long way. Keep up the good work guys! 😊

Waited 10 minutes to be served as they didn’t know I was even there. Too busy with the drive thru traffic. Chicken was very greasy. Didn’t give me a single napkin so I had to use the bathroom to wash the grease off. Fountain drink machine leaked all over the place while I was filling my cup.

Ordered online through the app for delivery. When I received my chicken, it was still bloody, so I threw it out. I immediately sent a message to the store for support but didn’t receive a response after several days, so I decided to call them. When I asked if they had received my complaint, they said they hadn’t received any email. I was then told that I should have brought the chicken back to the store right away instead of throwing it in the garbage. ( Like, that’s why I did delivery because I don’t want to drive right???!!) I explained that I wanted a refund because I don’t even live in the area and was only there at the time of my order. Instead, I was told to come back to the store to get a free chicken. Honestly, what a complete shit show. No empathy, no proper support, and no consideration for the inconvenience caused to the customer. Very disappointing experience.
