  Stop expecting people to order at the kiosk! Customer service means just that, dont make the customers do your job to save a buck instead of having a physical human there! Quit adding too much flour to the gravy and bring back the actual KFC flavor and not a watered down version!

  Waiting over 20 minutes for my order, placed in the restaurant while the staff crack jokes, laugh and have a good time in the back. Everyone else got their food while I was still waiting. Good thing I went up to the counter to ask, otherwise I would have been sitting there much longer. Service is horrible.

  Ordered an iced tea and ended up with something that tasted like straight bleach. It had such a strong chemical taste and smell that I couldn’t even finish a few sips. This wasn’t tea—it was completely undrinkable. If your drink machine can’t serve a basic iced tea without tasting like harsh cleaning chemicals, then it needs to be taken out of service until it’s fixed. Charging customers for drinks like this is unacceptable. One of the worst beverage experiences I’ve had.

  Absolutely unacceptable. Every single drink from this machine tastes like bleach. It doesn’t matter if it’s Pepsi, iced tea, or anything else—they all have the exact same overpowering chemical taste. I paid for a soft drink, not what feels like chlorinated cleaning water. This machine clearly has a serious issue with its water filtration or maintenance. Until it’s fixed, it shouldn’t be serving customers. Complete waste of money and one of the worst drink experiences I’ve ever had.

  I was in the drive thru and had 3 different staff over the speaker I try to order and the individual was confused on what they offered despite the menu in front of us a 4th individual came over the speaker. We decided to just go in to order instead not a single customer inside with over 5 staff on yet I’m pushed to use the kiosk and they’re out of all their usually sides for the family meal deal.
