  Ordered bucket of the day and all got was 8 wings for 10.00 dollars. What a RIP OFF Place. Chicken On The Way far more cheaper and better. Never again

  Count your chicken pcs before leaving the store The person who prepared for my order (15 pcs & a large fries) was dishonest. when I wanted to check the number of pcs of chicken in my order in the shop, he immediately told me that an extra pc of chicken (free) was added to my order to deceive me from counting. When I went home, I found out that my order had only 14 pcs instead of 16. I couldn't belive that he intentionally lied to me. My spoude was there to witness it. I am not intrested in claiming the one pc of chicken back but I have a question about the honesty of that particular worker. (Also read the similar complaint from Abdalla Youssrt's review, one month ago)

  We ordered two burgers and a 4-piece chicken meal and waited over 30 minutes with no communication from the staff. After asking twice, we still couldn’t get a clear answer on when our order would be ready. Since I was with two elderly family members who couldn’t wait any longer, we had to request a refund. Very disappointing service and lack of communication. I should give zero star to this KFC location.

  KFC has really improved! Their chicken tasted closer to what it was, originally. We ordered both the Original and the Crispy, and both were very good. Price was great too, as we got their Tuesday special this time. With all the competition out there, for good chicken, KFC has really upped their game! Good to see!

  Unfortunately, the recent bad reviews about this location seem to be accurate. Something has definitely changed, possibly with the management. Six months ago, this was a really good location, but the quality has gone downhill significantly. The chicken was very disappointing. The pieces seem to have gotten smaller, and the breading tasted like it was just plain flour with very little, if any, of the usual KFC seasoning. Even the gravy didn’t taste like it normally does. The comments others have made about the overall cleanliness of the restaurant are also accurate. This is a very busy location, so it’s unfortunate to see how much it has declined in such a short period of time. I used to enjoy coming here, but based on my recent experience, I won’t be back.
