  Milena was thoughtful and patient when taking our order! Dining area was well kept and made for a nice afternoon hangout. Pretty dece for a fast food joint.

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Thursday Special (10 pieces, large fries) with coleslaw. The coleslaw was missing when I got to my car, so I had to go back inside and get it. When I got home, I found the order was wrong — only 8 pieces and 2 small fries. When I called, instead of apologizing, they insisted I was wrong and claimed the order was correct. I felt like they were calling me a liar instead of taking responsibility. Poor service and very disappointing attitude.

  DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! The service is actually so horrible, when I talk they turn their heads and the orders are nothing like the pictures they have. Other locations let me swap the chicken pieces that come with the combo for tenders or legs, but this location doesnt let you because it is HORRIBLE. If you want your day to be ruined, you can come here but other than that, DO NOT COME HERE!!! This location doesnt even clean their tables and chairs which is just always dirty.

  Amazing experience. Just wanted two pieces of chicken only and the CSR offered a cheaper version with an existing coupon. I was also able to substitute the fries for gravy as I don’t eat carbs. Was very happy as they saved me money and accommodated my dietary needs. This kind of attention to detail is rare in fast food. Fully appreciate it!
