Couldn't park our pickup truck in the parking lot. It's too small and congested with the drive-thru added. No menu inside. Thankfully we were using a coupon. Service was ok, typical 10-15 min wait for our order.

I went here today for a couple sandwiches and poutine with my wife. She wanted some mayo to go with her fries... They wanted to charge her 79 cents for a package of mayo. Side note... my poutine cheese was in one spot and just a melted chunk instead of throughout the whole poutine. Sad when service and money is reduced to sick levels.

This KFC seems to have no one up front, makes mistakes on orders. Even after getting them to fix it, still doesn't seem right. The "large" popcorn chicken is a regular size and I would not want to see what a "regular" size would be treated. The food was alright but I've gone to better KFCs in the city and had a better experience. I'll go to a different one next time.

Unfortunately the worst customer service in all KFC in Transcanada 52nd NE. I order yesterday a 10pcs chicken waiting time is 30 minute’s? Then i cancel at change my order tender chicken boneless and we waiting a 30 minute’s to. One of the customer waiting at 30 minutes to in front of the window drive thru. The guy angry and return the drinks and cancel the order. Before the renovation all the staff and manager was excellent. Good service and they are friendly. Customer service at the drive thru is excellent. Now worst ever! Manager not worth it. Need to put it back the old staff and manager. Ni star given to this KFC transcanada 52nd NE.
