  I had been craving some KFC and looking forward to the crunch and the signature flavour of their chicken. I ordered the 4 piece chicken. What I got was limp soggy coating. Parts of it were burned black which I picked off. The coating was mostly off of the 2 thighs and the 2 legs were tiny. I was deeply disappointed and am now turned off of KFC. Popeyes here I come!

  Negati I was disappointed with my experience at the 52nd KFC. I ordered through the kiosk and waited almost 30 minutes, or possibly even longer, for my order. There were quite a few customers who were unhappy because some people who ordered after us received their food before us. I also noticed a Filipino lady who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. I was disappointed that she didn’t step out to check on the customers or follow up on the delayed orders. Even a simple apology or an update such as, “Sorry, we’re still preparing your order,” would have made a big difference. The dining area and drive-thru did not seem very busy at the time, so I was confused about why the orders were taking so long. I hope management can look into this because customers deserve better communication and service, especially when there are delays.

  Worst of all kfc. Never ever have extra crispy. No matter any time. Not sure staff too lazy to make it or the management do not care. Super slow service. Tues special they charged $5.75 each box on the others han 32nd Ave only $4.25. they charged $3.50 for small gravy and on the menu is only.$1.50. Upper management need to look after your corruption staff. 10 out of 10 is always 20 mins wait even though only 2 cars in front of me. Worst of the worst

  Today was the second time have gone here in as many months. Previously I said I wasn't going to go back, but decided to since they are much closer than any other. Anyway, today, at just before 3pm (on a saturday) we placed our order, and after waiting for nearly 15 minutes, they informed us they were out of white meat. No signs, no information prior, nothing. 3pm on a saturday, a chicken place runs out of chicken. And is exactly what happened last time as well. How does kentucky fried CHICKEN, run out of CHICKEN? That is like BURGER king running out of burgers. If there had been warnings or anything, it would be fine-ish. but 3pm on a saturday? get real. never again.....

  Well, never coming back to this place again. 40 minutes wait time for a simple combo, they move like turtles, and only have got that because I reminded them about my order. The cheese on my poutine was cold, gravy was disgusting, even Pepsi had less taste because there was almost no syrup and more soda. Also you have to order on the machine and there were a lot of old people who take their time to order. The only good thing was a burger, hence 3 stars for the food, the rest is 1 star. Don't even bother, food is also expensive and small portions.
