I belive you should review the companies policy if there is a policy book you are able to find. Is KFC's policy to not own up and blame a third party? Please have a Customer Service Representative contact me with in 72 hours or I will get the news involved and any other protest services. I will be submitting my invoice for my gas, insurance, registration, delivery, my time @ $125.00 and hour, mental stress caused, legal fees, maintenance on vehicle, charge back for full amount of $300.00 for loss of time due to improper, missing food, completely wrong order. And anything else my legal Representative thinks of.
