  This is the third time I've come to this KFC location specifically because both the app and the in-store menu indicate that Extra Crispy is available. Each time, I’ve been told it isn’t. I’ve stopped eating Original Recipe because I don’t enjoy it anymore—it often comes across as greasy or soggy. After trying Extra Crispy, it’s become the only KFC option I actually go out of my way for, especially on days when I don’t feel like cooking. I even drive past other KFC locations to come to this one based on what the app and menu advertise. If Extra Crispy is not consistently available at this location, please remove it from the app and in-store menu. If it is meant to be available, then it needs to be reliably stocked. Either way, the current situation leads to repeated disappointment and unnecessary trips. On a separate note, the last time I visited, the washroom condition was unacceptable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any restaurant environment and should be addressed. This is meant as constructive feedback, as I do want to keep coming back—especially for Extra Crispy when it’s actually available.

  Really disappointing experience. The chicken tasted off, and everything else was soggy and seemed stale rather than fresh. It definitely didn’t taste like it had just been made. I was expecting much better quality. Highly do not recommend, and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

  Service was normal, food was what i expected. And this is not this locations fault, it is just the location. Be aware of your surroundings and those around you outside of the building. Police should be dealing with the problem.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. This was by far one of the filthiest restaurants I’ve ever stepped into. The floors were covered with chicken crumbs and debris everywhere you looked, and they were so sticky it felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, if not weeks. Basic hygiene and cleanliness seem completely nonexistent in this place. What made it even worse was the smell. The entire restaurant reeked of what smelled like backed-up sewage. The odor hit the moment I walked in and was so overpowering that it made me lose my appetite. It was nauseating and impossible to ignore. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. The chicken somehow tasted as bad as the restaurant smelled. It lacked freshness and left an unpleasant aftertaste. Between the filthy conditions, the sticky floors, the scattered food all over the place, and the sewage-like odor, I seriously question how this location passes any health inspection. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness, food quality, and basic sanitation.

  Ordered a zinger box meal tonight and couldn't eat it. Had 2 bites and threw it out. The oil clearly had been changed in a long time. The burger was disgusting which shouldn't have surprised me as the restaurant was filthy. Sticky floors and counters and what you could see of the kitchen was not good. This place could do with a visit from a health inspector. AVOID THIS PLACE! Girl at the front was friendly.
