  I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order, but what annoyed me the most was that the water from the vending machine they sell tastes awful and I think it’s unsafe to drink. The chlorine levels in the diluted water are off the charts! I asked to switch to bottled water, figuring I’d pay the $1 extra as specified in the order, but the manager completely ignored my request and said I had to pay the full $4 for the water. This place is terrible, and the staff is very incompetent.

  I placed my order and they made me wait literally for 1 hr. The store opening time in the app and in Google maps say 10 am. I placed my order at 10:25 am via app and then when I went to pick it up, they said they open at 11. I waited for more than half hour and the food wad still not ready. They should have atleast update the store timings.

  This is the worse kfc in cal town! The chicken pieces are especially small! The workers are unfriendly especially the pregnant Filipino lady! Avoid ordering kfc here !!!

  I ordered 6pcs of dark meat chicken with large popcorn and large fries. The cashier said its 7 minutes wait for the chicken but we waited for almost 15 minutes. When we arrive home and open the box only 2 small chicken legs 2 small thighs and 3 chicken strips. The fries so saggy and the popcorn. Time check 6:34 pm and we got our order 6:49 pm.

  I asked the cashier what chicken am I getting with my order he said one big one small. Then I ordered and Ana Eloza said 30 mins wait. I have an appointment and keeps telling me how long more I need to wait for the chicken to be done rather than refunding me my order. Ana also kept trying to justify not giving me three drumsticks instead of waiting for a two piece. I asked once she said no. Ok moving on. Refund me my order rather than standing there trying to justify why the sky is blue.
