  The guy at pickup is very rude. So far worst customer service. He was behaving as if he was giving free food. Teach him Canadian culture please.

  I ordered takeout. Upgraded the chicken to all white no wings which was an extra ~$10 on top of the meal. I get home and there’s dark meat (not what I paid for!). If you’re taking out from this place check your food for accuracy before you leave. Feels like they are counting on you not returning to the store or complaining.

  Ordered a chicken sandwitch here and I would say it is pretty close to popeye's chicken sandwich, which was surprising! The chicken had a good flavor and little crunch. The bun wasn't as greasy and oily as popeyes which imo made it better. Still, this is KFC and overall the food here is as expected, pretty oily and dense.

  Worst experience of its kind. The store offers discount cards, but unfortunately the staff seem unfamiliar with how to properly redeem them and are very rude and misbehave when confronted. Even when a replacement option is available, customers may still face difficulties receiving it. What was most disappointing was the customer service. Rather than working together to resolve the issue, multiple staff members handled the situation poorly, behaved rudely in an unprofessional manner, leaving the problem unresolved and creating an unpleasant experience. I do not wish to identify individuals, as my intention is not to cause anyone to lose their job, but I do believe customers should be aware of these issues before being persuaded by promotional discount cards to visit again, since they will make sure that you don't get it when you do and create a scene. I hope management takes steps to better train this unprofessionally rude staff on both the redemption process and customer service so that future customers have a positive experience.

  First time visit. Food was prepared quickly. I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal with a large coleslaw. Everything was put into the one paper bag. When I took the bag from the counter I took two steps and the bag ripped. All the food spilled over on the floor. The staff replaced the food, but when I got home 12 pieces turned into 11. I called them and got a "sorry" 😞. No chicken 🤦‍♀️. Overall the staff was very polite. This location is very small and has maybe 4 seats. Best to do drive thru.
