Going through the drive thru, the lady didnt say a single word when I asked for a receipt and when I said "have a good day". My breaking point, leading to this review, was today's experience where my buddy was shamed for getting two free sauces for his chicken bites, as if he was about to send Big Harv himself into bankruptcy. Uncool.
