We came in around 10:30am and there were about 3 other customers. Saw the cashier had a smile when dealing with the previous customer, unfortunately when it came to us, she maintained a neutral face leaning towards having a frown, making it seem like we’re not so welcome. We ordered a poutine and a homestyle bacon breakfast. The poutine turned out great, but the breakfast was a bit lacking. I was expecting three full strips of bacon as shown on their menu, but what I ended up getting was a bunch of cut up bacon scraps that barely made up three strips. Ordered over easy eggs, normally I get it sunny side up without having to mention that part, but I guess I do have to specify that here(my fault). Was given ketchup packets, one of which was bursting on the side. Overall, so many minor things could have made the whole experience better.

Funnily enough she said the gift card had no money on it. Worked completely fine when i went to the market mall harveys the same day. Ridiculous and will not be back and will leave zero stars if i could :) train staff better. She kept swiping the gift card too fast so it wouldn't register
