- SSSamarra5 days ago5.0I love coming here. We came here tonight through the drive thru and our favourite person was there. It was around 10:50 21/07/26. This gentleman is always accomodating, always gets our order right and is super nice. He seemed to be by himself but was doing an amazing job. I keep forgetting to ask his name but he is very kind with my dog Willard and myself and I just wanted to say we appreciate it! Thank you so much!! I really hope he gets to see this.

The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the second time proves it’s a serious quality control failure. I filed a complaint and completed the head office customer satisfaction survey as requested, only to be met with complete silence. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing. Paying for food this bad and receiving zero accountability is absolutely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting Harveys until they fix their standards. This level of service is not worth the money.

Just like my post about Swiss Chalet. Therefore, when have the chance while traveling outside of British Columbia onr should make a trip for a flame-grilled burgers topped just the way you like just for nostalgia sake, or just to say had one. Back then I remember every Home Depot and Swiss Chalet in BC had a Harvey's burger attached, only in BC you're lucky if establishments hit a decade.
