The best fresh fires in the area, not frozen and amazing taste with their mix, always enjoy it with some good roasted peanuts on the side. I wish they had more vegetarian options, but just the fries is what gets me here often.

Not what they used to be. Too expensive for what you get and my last order my wife was craving a bacon cheeseburger which we ordered online. Picked up after a long wait to get home with no bacon 🥓 on a bacon cheeseburger lol. That is a fail. Called the store and said they would take my name down and I could get a free burger on my next order. Refused to send out any coupons so if I want to come back I can’t order in advance and hope they find my name. Not great customer service. I likely will not be back even for a free replacement burger. Should have stayed with Holy Grill or try the new Shake Shack.
Fries were sub par and three most of them out. Soggy small buns and not that tasty. Not surprised I heard they are closing down stores.

I ordered a large fries to go.. but when I opened the bag, it smelled burnt, and the fries were almost burned..
It felt like a complete waste of money... I was disappointed deeply.
But the lady who took my order was nice and friendly.

What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
