  Worst experience today (Thursday around 8 PM). When I went there during working hours, I saw that DQ was open, but there was no staff member present. There was a note saying “I will be back in 10 minutes.” I waited there for almost half an hour, but no one came. After waiting quite a long time, I asked a team member at Edo Japan, which is near DQ, and she said she didn’t know and thought the store might be closed. However, the store was not closed. After a long wait, the staff member finally came back, but she was not polite. I just wanted to address this issue to the store manager because after we got our meal and left, she again put up the same “Will be back in 10 minutes” sign and left the store unattended. I hope this issue can be looked into because customers should not have to wait that long during business hours.

  I visited this location and ordered a medium Oreo shake, but the cashier charged me for a large instead. I know the price difference, and when I politely questioned it, the staff member was rude and dismissive rather than correcting the mistake. Customer service was unprofessional, and it felt like they didn't care about accuracy or customer satisfaction. Disappointed with the experience.

  Didn't even finish the order. Pretty sure the individual who's back is in the photo of the last review was who served us. Very rude, not only to us but to other previous customers before us. Just overall from the greeting to taking the order at least smile and pretend you like your job.
