  Stopped by to pick up some Blizzards after dinner and we were blown away by the great service that we received, and impressed by how clean the restaurant was. Definitely coming back again. Thank you!

  Had a good conversation with the manager after a recent review that I placed about the business. Jenny and I discussed some of my concerns, she was open to the feedback and her and I came to an understanding about quality, and consistency. I can greatly appreciate that she took the time to call me and have a conversation and can now forward the feedback to her staff to deliver great and exceptional customer service and quality product. Thank you Jenni for your time and consideration during our phone conversation.

  Poorly organized. I had pre paid for a cake, almost positive I didn't receive a receipt or I lost it cause we got milkshakes too at the time. I guess that's where I will do better next time. But you guys had no idea if the cake was pre paid for no till receipt copy attached or nothing written. I had to pull my credit card statement and show the date I paid the exact amount, and that was still not good enough painful overall experience. Hopefully better next time. The cake was awesome otherwise
