  We waited 45 mins for some ice cream and their sign of 10mins was completely false. I want free ice cream now.

  A girl who served us today was so cheerful and friendly. It is so good to receive such customer service in our community. I think she said her name is Maneesha. Sought out to Chappelle DQ and its employee Maneesha.

  This small location is run by a lovely husband and wife team. They are always friendly and cheerful, even when business is slow because school is out. They remember my kids and ask how they are doing. The ice cream is well made - I loved the old Turtle blizzard recipe and when I come here to order it, they get it exactly right. Thank you for still making my favorites even if they're not on the menu! In response to those complaining about no free blizzards, please remember that each DQ location is a franchise and that the owners can decide what promotions to participate in. Rent at Mac Hall is expensive. It would be tough to give away free blizzards to every university student who downloads an app...

  Extremely poor customer service, can be very rude when trying to use coupons that their store HAD OPTED INTO! I can understand if you don't want to opt in but at least accept coupons when you do.
