The cashier slammed my change on the table rather than passing it to me nicely, everyone was very unwelcoming i felt so uncomfortable and will never be returning to this location.

I moved to the Bowness/Montgomery area only about three weeks ago, and I’ve visited this location just three times. Unfortunately, every single visit has ended the same way: an extremely long wait, followed by being given the wrong burger. The first time, I brushed it off. Mistakes happen. I came back and gave the benefit of the doubt. The second time, I thought, “Okay, this is strange.” But by the third time, it stopped feeling like an isolated mistake and started feeling like a serious issue with quality control and management. The most recent visit was especially frustrating. I was given the wrong burger, corrected the mistake in-store, and clearly explained which burger I had actually ordered. They supposedly fixed it. I went home, opened the bag... and it was still the wrong burger. At that point, it becomes difficult to ignore. Three separate visits. Three wrong orders. That reveals a recurring problem that needs attention. I’m not writing this to embarrass anyone or condemn individual staff members. I’m writing this because there appears to be a larger structural issue happening here, whether that’s communication, leadership, training, or quality control. Something is clearly not working and it evidently, it will continue to go on unchecked unless it is brought into the open. I sincerely hope the owners take this feedback seriously, because I’d actually be happy to remove or revise this review if meaningful improvements are made. But three identical experiences in a row leave me feeling that customers should be aware, and management should know there is a problem that needs to be corrected.
