    Nice to actually go into a fast food place get served by Canadians and get the order right always excited coming here with my wife . Thanks Dairy Queen Bowness .

    It was so refreshing going into a business where the staff are friendly, engaging and helpful. Customer service is back . Nice. I slso enjoy that I get real raspberries on my sundae and not the jam. So glad that I went in today. Thank you.

    Terrible service, repeatedly mess up orders. Cannot get the simplest instructions right. Don't understand where the manager finds employees who care as little about their jobs as this crew.

    I visited the Bowness Dairy Queen for the first time today during Free Cone Day, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. My friend and I were excited to try this location, but the interaction with the cashier, Irene, completely ruined it. She didn’t call us up to the counter or greet us when it was our turn, and when I went to scan my app for the free cone, I didn’t realize it was limited to one per purchase. I scanned my friend’s as well, and instead of calmly explaining the policy, she raised her voice and said, “I don’t know why everyone keeps doing that today—it’s only one account per purchase.” The tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and made the situation uncomfortable. While she later apologized and mentioned she had a long day, the initial interaction was unprofessional and left a negative impression. Customer service matters, especially during busy promotional events. Unfortunately, this experience took away from what should have been a fun visit, and I didn’t enjoy it at all. We buy all our birthday and celebratory cakes from Dairy Queen but I will not be returning to this location.

    Very clean establishment, well maintained and service is quick with the exception of lunch and dinner rushes.
