  Terrible. Less than half full on a banana split. Asked for and paid for added hot fudge. Got no fudge. And the bananas were hard and in pieces, this is totally unacceptable, in edible. If quality is this bad items shouldn’t it be sold the quality and quantity is absolutely absurd. Never attending this location again , gives the whole business a bad name. Embarrassing Dairy Queen do better.

  Feeling a bit ripped off. We have ordered cakes from this location for many years, typically for family birthdays, and they have usually been pretty good. We have noticed however, that the last few have been a bit lacking on the portions. And this last one we ordered is extremely disappointing, to put it mildly. My daughter requested a cookie dough blizzard cake for her birthday this year (we just get the regular ice cream cakes 80% of the time). The top was quite bare of toppings, especially compared to the photo on the DQ website when you order it. I appreciate that it will never be exactly the same as a stock photo, but it was very lacking on the cookie dough bits – to the point that I am not sure you would even be able to say they were supposed to be the same cakes. Maybe it was even more noticeable because she didn’t want writing or anything on it (teenager.. haha). Then we cut it up to serve the family and it was evident there was barely any top layer of the blizzard, and in fact it seemed like light chocolate only - as there wasn't any cookie dough in the ice cream. It was mostly plain vanilla ice cream. Super disappointing considering the cost of $50 for a 10” cake.

  Had to pick this “bacon” off of my burger. Not one to write reviews but my food was inedible.

  Worst dairy queen I have been to. The blizzard was so watery as soon as I got it, it would immediately spill if they were to flip it upside down. There was no toppings inside my blizzard. Waste of time and money.

  This location has quickly turned into a terrible dining experience (new owners?). Rotten veggies are the new norm. Most of the staff obviously don't want to be there. Not enough staff to handle the customer volume. So sad that this location has fallen so quickly. It used to a good place to get a burger.
