  Check all my other reviews. I do not complain about food servers. Reluctantly, I will make an exception for the Ranchlands Dairy Queen! I ordered a banana split with hot fudge as one of the toppings, and wanted it extra also. We were told we had to pay extra for the extra hot fudge, which we gladly paid for. When the banana split was given to me, it had three little squirts about 1 inch long and maybe 1/8” wide (this is a stretch). I mentioned we paid extra for extra hot fudge, so can I please have what we paid extra for? There wasn’t even hot fudge topping on the icecream? The older lady, presumably the supervisor or owner, said “that was extra hot fudge!!!”. I asked where the hot fudge was that was supposed to be on the ice cream as an original topping selection?… because that was all the hot fudge there was on top of the ice cream? So…..Again I said “can I please have the extra hot fudge we paid for?” I was quite rudely told that we would have to pay extra for extra hot fudge. Really??? We already paid extra??? This will be my last visit to ranchlands Dairy Queen! Stealing from customers means losing them. I will not support a thief. Very disappointed! Do this….after reading my review, check out the other reviews Ranchlands Dairy Queen has and you’ll be glad you did. After posting this, I did check other reviews. It is apparent this thievery appears to be a management pattern at Ranchlands Dairy Queen. Skip Ranchland Dairy Queen if you don’t want to feel like you’ve been ripped off.

  Everything from when we came in was horrible! The guy working looked so annoyed and gave attitude when we asked questions. We bought an ice cream cake and the top of the cake the Colorful image on top literally tastes like metal! I cant even eat any more. It tastes so disgusting! Honestly never had something taste so gross

  The people who work at this locations are horrible to deal with especially with their accent. They don’t know how to talk to customers. I called to ask if they hav received my order online so I can give instructions but the guy who picked up the call was just yelling saying I don’t understand what he is saying . I would never ever recommend anyone at this location.
