Went in for lunch before work. Got 2 singles. And a small coffe small fries . And 3 tenders. When I got the tenders. One of them was. Tossed in BBQ sause. I asked for honey mustard on the side. I sat and took one bite of my burger and the Patty's where ice cold. I work in the industry and this is unexeptible. That a very serious health code violation. So this is to the owner. Maybe have some or all your employees take there food safe.

We have been going here for over a decade, I used to enjoy the onion rings, and the flame broiled burgers. I've figured out why for the last several months it seemed as though every burger I have received was merely warm, & tasted like it had been sitting for a while. This location no longer has a chain broiler, for the burgers. They are now using a clamshell type grill, then storing the cooked burger patties in plastic trays, to re heat them in a combination oven exactly like Tim Hortons. The burgers literally taste like they have sat in my refrigerator overnight, and I put them in the microwave to re heat. I will no longer eat here, there is much better food elsewhere, for less money. I'm glad I finally figured this out today, it seems like this location maybe tried this method of cooking burgers about 5 years ago, but switched back to the broiler, until sometime last year. I'm sure this was done to save the franchise money, but at the cost of food quality and taste? This has resulted in a completely different taste, & texture. Yuck! No thank you.

Shawnessy location !Came in and ordered a double Swiss mushroom melt at just around 10:15 pm so closing time is 10:30 pm Sundays !placed my order and paid just around $9 !2 minutes later the manager came to front saying they only had a single beef patty left so I said ok compromise I’ll have a chicken burger fresh and juicy and this is what I got after I took 2 small bites !

I am writing to share my disappointment following my recent visit. After coming in for ice, I was met with an immediate implication from the staff that I was attempting to steal. Despite my direct offer to pay for the item, the staff member declined payment but then told me to 'go to Burger King' because I wasn't purchasing anything else during that specific visit. As a returning customer who has spent money here on three previous occasions, I found this interaction unnecessarily hostile. Furthermore, I’ve noticed a recurring pattern of rude behavior from the staff. It is also worth noting that the lack of diversity among both the staff and the clientele, combined with this type of profiling, creates an environment that feels unwelcoming—and frankly exclusionary—to minority customers. This type of culture discourages loyal patrons from returning. I hope management takes steps to address staff sensitivity and ensures that all customers are treated with basic respect, regardless of the size of their purchase or their background
