  My husband and I went to DQ after dinner one night. The service was great and the ice cream was very good.

  So frustrated with this location May 9, 2026. Opening hours are 11am, waited 10 min's outside with my 3 & 5yr old grandsons who were excited to have ice cream. I could see the staff inside but they wouldn't unlock the doors. We finally gave up (you lost a min $60 sale) & left. If you're having staffing problems, please have the courtesy to put a sign on the door!!

  Order a sundae and this is what we get are u kidding you guys are cheap this was the hard dipped sundae was only given a half a thing of ice cream and there’s like no sauce on it. What the hell?

  Just came tonight and got a mocha mudslide blizzard. When I got home I started to eat my blizzard and I almost threw up. It tasted like chemicals! & the taste will not get out of my mouth. They really need to check some ingredients cause the taste was absolutely disgusting. Maybe make the blizzard and try it for yourself. If I wasn’t home already I would’ve turned around, gone back and asked for a refund.

  Worst blizzard they served. They don’t even answer the call. I was calling to order the food no one answered when I arrived there I was calling to check if they are really busy when I called there was 2 staff standing at the counter but no one answered the call. When I went to the counter to order blizzard the blizzard ready in one minute and I saw it was totally wrong it’s jus a liquid and I showed it to the lady at the counter and she said this is how we make. When I asked the lady at the counter I was calling like 3 times and no one answered the call and she replied the staff is super busy lots of orders which is totally lie. Totally unacceptable. They just don’t want to work or take any more orders and completely waste of time. The owner should check those people working at the store. The staff is so ridiculous. I used to buy blizzard from this place from last 4 years but not anymore. I am going to post this issue to the whole community. Totally ridiculous.
