  Honestly Id come back here anyways but I made a point to come today after seeing the bad reviews. Im not sure if people are clicking the first one that pops up and not looking - if it was a bad day or maybe Im coming at a time that is better. I dont know. But BOTH my experiences at this Chipotle are by far the best in Calgary compared to other locations that's vibes are just chaos or really off/not great. Sage hill everyone is SO kind. The music is chill, everything is clean, garbage arent over flowing like other ones. Tables are clean (others are not) etc. They dont make you feel guilty for a second scoop of rice 😂 When there is time they even do table checks on anyone sitting to eat. Super kind and generous. Honestly I am glad I am close but Id literally go out of my way to this one.. Thank you as always 🙏🏻 keep it up!

  Great customer service from Chipotle at Sage Hill location. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Portions were excellent! Food was fresh and tasted great. We will definitely come back! Thank you.

  I was with my family and we were going to pay for all of our food with one bill only but the staff on the counter couldn't wait and kept insisting to pay for the food that was one the counter. I kept telling the staff that we're waiting for the other ones but he just told us to pay again when the rest come. He then proceeded to talk to his co-workers pointing towards me and my family but stopped when he saw me staring at him. All of this could've been avoided since they weren't even busy when we had ordered, I would've understood if there was a big line yet there wasn't. The staff there seems like undertrained and not willing to be better since this wasnt the first time we had issues with their service. Some of us ordered extra portions yet they were stingy, only putting bits of protein and yet still charge double. I really hope the service and the staff gets better because it is so horrible and painful to watch them give little to nothing effort on their job.

  I am a frequent customer at this location, but my dine-in experience yesterday was incredibly disappointing due to poor service and a lack of staff communication. While I was in line, the server asked if another customer could cut ahead of me. I agreed to be helpful, but this led to a series of issues, Portioning: When it came to my order, the initial protein scoops were very small. I requested double chicken, but the second scoop was less than half the size of the first. Communication: Because a customer had cut in front of me, the cashier became confused and unfriendly when my three friends (who were ahead of me) tried to pay with me. They paid first instead to keep the line going. Billing: Because the portions were so small, I had to order an additional side of chicken in a separate bowl. Cashier forgot about the side bowl during my initial payment. I had to go through a second, separate transaction just to pay for the rest of my meal. So, technically we had 3 transactions total instead of 1. After all this we sat down and ate, then one of my friends noticed that the cashier and the server was pointing at us and staring. Very unprofessional and it made us uncomfortable. I consistently enjoy the food at Chipotle, but the service at this specific location is horrendous. There seems to be a significant lack of training and communication between the servers and the cashier. I hope management takes steps to address these service gaps, as it’s a shame to see the experience ruined by such avoidable issues.

  Service is actually pretty good for a fast food place. Have gone several times since they opened and most of the time they’ve been quick, attentive and pretty generous with the meat(much appreciated). The only thing is the last 2 times i went there seems to be a common hair issue. The first time the guy making my salad bowl noticed hair so he re made it. The other time I got home ate about half and then saw hair on the bite i was about to have. ):
