  This restaurant is always dirty, the employees wear gloves, touch cash then back to food. They don’t wear proper hair /beard nets and I had hair in my salad. I ordered a vegetarian salad and they barely added vegetables. This place is far too expensive for what you get.

  Double-check your receipt before you leave. They charged me SIDES because I asked extra ingredients. Since when do you guys start to charge for extra? When I ordered exactly same one through online a few times, they’ve never charged it. The guy who gave me a refund didn’t even apology for their mistake and just blamed on miscommunication. Miscommunication for what? I didn’t ask for any extra ingredients ON THE SIDE. This location is getting worse. What a disappointing experience. Please put ingredients properly then customers don’t need to ask you for EXTRA.

  I have placed pick up orders 3 times online and everytime is a dumpster fire experience! Either my order isn't ready when it's supposed to be, the order is ready and no one can figure it out and they leave you waiting for 15 mins for no reason, and/or the food is cold, sloppily made and has barely any meat! What is the point of ordering online if it's faster to just come in the store and have it made for you when you get there?! And for the times I've visited and purchased in store, I've been equally disappointed. Despite the ample amount of people working, the place always has leftover food on the empty tables and are out of toppings. I gave them a lot of grace at the beginning because they were a newly opened store, but by now they should be operating well and they just aren't compared to other Chipotle's in the city.

  Do not buy from this store. I bought the beef barbacoa they only had one scoop (not even the full scoop serving) left. I asked why they only put that little and they answered that’s all they have. They still charged me the same amount. How unfair is that, to pay the full amount and get less than what you paid for. You said you still have beef barbacoa, you could’ve been honest in the first place.

  First time at a Chipotle, the food doesn't disappoint! The parking is a pain, it's a busy place, but still worth it. I had the beef burrito thing, and for 20$ it's the biggest burrito I've ever eaten.
