Really impressed with the team here. You could tell the employees were dealing with a very busy shift and were stretched thin, but they continued working hard, stayed respectful, and kept doing their best to serve everyone.
It’s easy to complain when things aren’t perfect, but I think employees deserve recognition when they’re clearly doing everything they can under pressure. Despite being short-staffed, the team remained hardworking and professional.
Great job to the employees for keeping things moving and taking care of customers.
This place is run by extremely rude staff. The food is great! Service is just horrible. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given it.
I placed an app order. For a pick up time for 6 20pm. I arrived at the store at 6 30pm and the order wasn’t ready. Now as I type this, the time is 7pm and I’m still waiting for my order. This place is a joke and they don’t know how to provide a decent service. When I asked, they just reply “what can I do that it’s taking so long, you just have to wait and we can’t do anything about it” . Just ridiculous
Honestly, such a disappointing experience compared to other Chipotle locations. My kids and I ordered our usual, but the portion sizes were way smaller than what we normally get, which surprised me. The weird music they were playing was super annoying, and none of the staff seemed friendly at all. I love Chipotle, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back to this location.

I was not satisfied with the food, service or atmosphere and if I could give this review a zero I would.
I arrived to the store 30-40 minutes before closing and went to the front line. There was little chicken left and no veggies. A worker asked for more lettuce or chicken but no co-worker refilled the chicken or veggies. So when it was my turn to order my bowl with chicken and veggies, I got a small amount of chicken and no veggies. The male server who helped me simply said there wasn't any left. But as I paid my food, I noticed that there appeared to be two sections, the front, in-person line I was in and another line for digital orders. The digital order line seemed to have chicken, condiments and veggies left so when a customer behind me wanted a chicken bowl but there was no chicken left, a female employee went to the section intended for digital/drive thru orders to get chicken for that customer's bowl. I was super hungry and in a rush but I didn't realize they could do that. Furthermore, when I asked for my receipt, the cashier left and no one printed it from the register.
To make matters worse, when I got home to eat as the store was going to close, I found a tiny hair in my food. I have been to other Chiplote restaurants but I will never eat here again.
I order brown rice and I get white rice. This has happened THREE times. I thought first time was just an accident but then second time it happened again and then third. I would like to actually get what I order, but apparently white rice and brown rice are the exact same to these workers. I guess having an option for rice is just a fun thing to click when you order online.
On top of having my order wrong, I didn't get my chips and guac. I signed up for a Chipotle account a couple days ago, excited to finally get my chips and guac. I tried to redeem it in the app, but it wouldn't let me, so I decided to try at the window. I get to the window and the worker tells me that I can only get it if I spend a minimum of $5 (I spent $13 on a burrito bowl). The free chips and guac expires in a few days and I work those days so I guess I won't be getting my free chips and guac :(
