The food portion size was good ( actually maybe too much). Going down the assembly line I asked to put some veggies in my burrito..I got a real cold look and the person serving me rolled her eyes to her colleague and then reluctantly added them. I did not find the food quality to be that good. The rice reminded me of the same consistency as minute rice. The honey chipotle chicken was not sweet and spicy as advertised. Just spicy. Overall the burrito was pretty bland. I agree with the reviews regarding cleanliness. I have had better burritos. I think chipotle’s reputation is way overhyped. A lot of money to spend for an unenjoyable experience.
I’m extremely angry and disappointed with this experience. My burrito was wrapped so terribly that it completely fell apart and I had to throw it out. My girlfriend ordered regular chicken but was given spicy chicken that was too hot for her, so she had to throw hers out too. I was also the ONLY one who got guacamole, yet we were BOTH charged extra for it.
The employee’s service was absolutely unacceptable. When both meals are ruined, the order is wrong, and we’re overcharged, there should be disciplinary action for this employee, potentially even termination if this is the level of service they regularly provide. We paid for two meals and basically threw our money in the garbage.

We went there yesterday at 7:15 pm, and half of the ingredients were missing. The employee asked if white rice was fine, but since we wanted brown rice, they told us we’d have to wait 7 minutes for it to cook—far too long for a fast-food spot, so we had to skip it. Then, there was only about three-quarters of a portion of sour cream left, which my boyfriend and I both wanted. Instead of opening a new container, they just split that tiny portion between the two of us, which was ridiculous since sour cream doesn't require any cooking time and should always be available.
We won't be coming back given how limited the options were.
We just ate at this Chipotle Seton location, and we are genuinely concerned for our health. We were walking back to our table with our food, when we noticed the grilled vegetables had mold on them... so someone actually cooked them with mold. They remade our dishes, but didn't apologize, didn't seem surprised, didn't offer to comp our meal. Also, the staff is so checked out and negligent, they did not remove the molded grilled vegetables from the food line after we told them multiple times, so they are currently still serving that molded container of vegetables to the customers in line. Absolutely disgusting experience, we literally feel sick afterwards. The tables were dirty and they had just opened, which means they weren't cleaned last night. Another staff member was sweeping the kitchen, while food was cooking on the grills right in front of him. All around, someone should report this location to the health board.
Do not go here if you expect any of the following below:
1. Food pickup order to be ready by promised time on app. I ordered for pickup at 7:20pm and after arriving I waited around 30 mins to pick up my order, I saw 2 entire wave of walk in customers get serviced before my order was brought out ! What is the point of a pickup at that point?! I thought the whole point of pickup was to save time from being in line.
2. Properly packaged order - I bought a chips and salsa with my order , whoever packaged my order could not be bothered to ensure that my salsa container was properly secured with lid. By the time I got home my brand new car’s interior was soiled from salsa leaking through the paper bag and onto my food and my car seats!!!
3. Out of all Calgary chipotles this is by far the worst tasting one I’ve had the displeasure of eating. But maybe this was because my food was soggy from the salsa spill.
Overall I would avoid this place simply out of factors that don’t even relate to the actual taste of the food.
