  I've never been to Chipotle up until this point and it was amazing. The young lady and the gentleman who served us were so nice and helpful with aiding me in figuring out what I wanted. I was able to feed my wife and 4 kids as well as myself for about the same price it would've cost to go to McDonalds and we got twice the amount of food. I can honestly say that this place will definitely be a must have when we visit Calgary in the future.

  The girl was least interested in making my order during closing time. I will definitely report this to gead office. She barely gave me any chicken chunks in my bowl. 20$ was a big waste. I would have eaten at another store.

  We have been regularly visiting this chipotle location but last nights meal was a disaster. Everything tasted bit different. Nothing was fresh. Rice were dry and hard. There was a significant drop in the portion for chicken protein. Sauces were at room temperature. Guac dint tasted fresh as well. Cilantro lime sauce dint tasted great at all like it always does. Staff seemed to be tired and No enthusiasm at all. Franchise should work with team on food freshness and SOP. Will think twice before returning the business again.

  I ordered 2 veggie bowls one of them had a fly in it. I call the restaurant told them i can send them the picture of it they said no thank you and hung up. Worst customer service.

  re-evaluate your staff. there was 2 women standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing, calling for another girl over and over who was trying to clean the washroom- which was in complete disarray. disgusting.
