It was not until I tried another chipotle location that I realized how much this one is not up to par. I sent a video to my friend as this was my first time actually trying chipotle, and I explicitly said when I opened it up “I thought there would be more food”. Nonetheless it tasted fine, and was enjoyable. Fast forward now, the restaurant is quite dirty these days and I can see over a span of multiple days, not just the day I experienced it, their systems have been down. I tried another chipotle yesterday and was baffled to receive probably 4x the amount of food. It tasted fresher, and I now truly understand why it’s such a popular franchise, but the location can definitely make or break the meal. I attached a screenshot from the video that shows how empty the first bowl was, versus the bowl I got yesterday pictured AFTER I had already eaten some of it, and it was still very full as you can see.

I am a proud and loyal Chipotle customer and have always appreciated the quality and care that Chipotle puts into its food and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience at the West Springs location.
I arrived at approximately 6:30 p.m., and the restaurant was not busy, with only two customers ahead of me—one of whom was a delivery driver picking up an order. Despite the lack of customers, service was extremely slow and disorganized. At one point, the delivery driver’s order was marked as complete even though it was not, and the staff seemed unsure of how to handle the situation efficiently.
When I was finally able to place my order, the lack of efficiency continued. I ordered a simple kids’ meal with a side of guacamole, yet it took nearly 10 minutes just to make it to the till. Once I reached the point of selecting my sides, I was informed that there were no kids’ chips available. By the time I left the restaurant, it was 6:56 p.m.—nearly 30 minutes after arriving for what should have been a very simple order in a nearly empty restaurant.
Chipotle has always demonstrated care and respect for its customers, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The issue did not appear to be the number of customers, but rather a lack of organization, proper training, and effective management. I strongly suggest that this location review its employee training and management structure to ensure customers receive the level of service typically associated with Chipotle.

I’ve been going to Chipotle for years, and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to.
We came in around 9:00 PM, which was still about two hours before closing, and I was honestly shocked by the condition of the restaurant. The entire place was filthy. There was food everywhere, food mixed together with other food at the front, and the dining area looked like no one had cleaned it in hours. It genuinely looked like a trash dump.
There were multiple employees working, yet no one seemed to be making any effort to clean or maintain the restaurant. The employee in the back who was making the guacamole was on her phone the entire time instead of helping maintain the restaurant or assisting customers. Seeing that while the restaurant was already so dirty was extremely disappointing.
The staff were also extremely rude, and the portions were ridiculously small. They were incredibly stingy with the food. My boyfriend asked for steak and the employee told him there was no steak, even though my boyfriend could clearly see that there actually was steak available. He didn’t say anything, so the employee would have gotten away with telling him there was none.
I understand that restaurants get busy, but this was unacceptable, especially with two hours left until closing and multiple employees working. The cleanliness, customer service, attitude, and portions were all extremely disappointing. I’ve been to so many Chipotle locations over the years, and I have never experienced one this poorly maintained. We definitely won’t be rushing back to this location.
I need to use mobile app to order cause the quesadilla only available on the app. I arrive the restaurant at 840p and place the order it mentioned the quickest time selection is 850p which ok for me so I placed the order and wait. In the meantime we saw the staffs just doing prep and nothing about preparing my order. At 850p I walk up to the counter thinking my order will be ready. The cashier said there machine is down and order just come in food will be ready in a few minutes. I sit down and wait again at 9pm I walk up to the counter asking about my food and another staff come to me show me don’t have my order yet 😵💫and need me find my order detail on my app take a photo and make it immediately for me. So what is all the waiting before. After the first time I come up the counter they know I am waiting for the food why no one check it. Terrible service

I had a burrito which I thought was a decent size and found to be quite filling. They have six regular protein options and two veggie ones. I chose the beef barbacoa. You have your choice of two rice and two beans options or none of either. There are four salsa options. I ordered mine with the two medium hot choices, chili-corn and tomatillo-green chili. There are additional veggie addons as well as sour cream and/or cheese. They also have additional price addons.
I also had a side order of guacamole and chips. I found the guac kinda mid flavor wise but did have chunks of avocado in it. The chips were light and crispy but someone had attacked them with way too much salt. I tried to shake the bag to dislodge some salt and ended up just breaking chips. So I loaded more guac on them which left me with more than half a bag of very salty chips. I’d go back for their burritos and maybe try their quesadillas another time.
