  I am writing to bring a recent experience to your attention that I feel warrants immediate review. During my visit, I ordered a veggie bowl priced at $12. Upon receiving my bill, I was charged $19 — a $7 difference that was never communicated to me at any point during ordering or food preparation. There was no mention from staff that adding guacamole or any other item would result in additional charges. When I politely asked how the total reached $19, the staff member responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude rather than a clear explanation. No attempt was made to correct the situation, acknowledge the lack of communication, or ensure the same issue would not happen to other customers going forward. Transparency around pricing is a basic expectation. Customers should always be informed of upcharges before they are applied — not after the bill is presented. I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this concern and confirmation that steps are being taken to address both the pricing communication gap and the conduct of the staff involved.

  Food was good but staff needs to be more professional totally uncomfortable how they were looking while i was watching screen to see what to order but for sure this was my last gime to this palace

  This is a new location just open. The cashier didn't know what a toonie was. The food was sub-par. First time in a Canadian Chipotle. And the last. Not a clean table in the place despite only 3 diners.

  A pretty negative experience, the staff was mumbling a lot which was difficult to understand, the food was subpar due to lack of options, though that's more the chain's issue than the branch. I bought a Jaritos with my order and they sold it to me knowing they didn't have an opener so I had to ask for a refund on it which was also an arduous process which included three staff members and argument. No plating or tray was provided so I was making a mess over the table. Overall would not recommend to anyone and never eating there again.
