  Unique experience of Mexican fast foods. It might be a little bit pricier than other Mexican food restaurants but instead you will get good service and delicious food. Staff are nice and polite.

  I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this Chipotle, but my latest visit was by far the worst. The employee at the front was extremely rude and unhelpful. They were completely out of fajita veggies, so I politely asked if I could have guacamole instead. He initially refused. I then said I would rather wait for the veggies if they were being prepared. He came back and said he could add guacamole, but only a very small amount. When I politely asked for a bit more, he bluntly refused. That was unreasonable, especially since the vegetarian option I ordered was missing one of its main ingredients. The corn salsa container was also empty. He added only a tiny amount to my bowl, and it was only after I asked again that he finally went to refill the container. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. They frequently seem to be out of key ingredients. On a previous visit, I was served a burnt quesadilla. Another time, my sofritas and fajita veggie quesadilla barely had any filling. As a vegetarian, I already have fewer protein and topping options compared to other customers. Running out of ingredients is one thing, but the rude attitude and unwillingness to provide a reasonable substitute made the experience much worse. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the frequent inventory issues at this location. After these many multiple poor experiences, I’ll be staying away from this location out of self respect, and I don’t want to support a business that treats its customers this way.

  The food was absolutely excellent, and my overall dining experience was really wonderful. However, I felt that the employees were not very patient while I was deciding what I wanted to add to my meal, especially since it was my first time trying Chipotle. What also disappointed me was that when I handed my meal to one of the employees, she spoke quietly to her colleague, and her friend seemed to show a similar attitude through her behavior. I may have misunderstood the situation, but as a customer, I did not feel completely comfortable with the interaction. Overall, I think Chipotle offers an excellent food experience, and the quality of the food is outstanding. However, I believe the staff could benefit from more training in customer service, patience, and creating a welcoming experience for first-time customers.

  Bad service and so less in quantity. I like the chipotle franchise in its whole but this one particularly is not at all good. I usually do extras in my veggie bowl to which all other chipotle franchises have done incredible but this one not even tried and I felt it was even less in quantity than a regular bowl. I wonder how much i would have gotten if i never asked for extra?! 🤷‍♀️

  I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience at the Chipotle Mexican Grill on 17 Ave SW. The staff members were very disrespectful toward delivery drivers. When I visited to pick up an order, there were more than six delivery drivers waiting inside the restaurant. Despite this, the staff continued serving walk-in customers and did not acknowledge or assist the delivery drivers for an extended period. Delivery drivers are also working professionals and should be treated with the same respect as other customers. Delays in preparing and handing over delivery orders affect our work, our earnings, and the service our customers receive. I hope management will address this issue by ensuring delivery drivers are treated respectfully and that pickup orders are handled in a timely and fair manner. Thank you for your attention
