  The staff at this location are useless. First, they didn't strain the meat or beans enough. I didn't say anything. I asked for only a small amount of cheese, I was given a massive handful. Then they couldn't close the burrito and juice was spilling out everywhere from them not straining the ingredients. Then he tells me he's going to double wrap it, which I tell him I don't want, but he does anyways. Won't come back. The Seton location is good. I go there regularly.

  Had three bad experiences in a row, owner should know how under staffed this place is! Food is thrown together, your pushed through the line with little to no interaction to even understand what the options are. You’ll make it to the till and no one is there to check you out. Tonight we waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. The staff was throwing everything together so fast our food was a mess. We get home and they completely forgot my daughters main meal, the other two meals had fridge temperature meat. Everyone working was moving so fast and looked so stressed. Maybe add a couple more staff on the floor during peaking hours. We are taking a break from this location

  We ordered take out tonight. They packed our burrito and bowl in a paper bag and we put it in our car. When we got home, I picked up the bag, the entire contents fell out of the bottom! Turns out the burrito wasn’t fully wrapped and got the bag wet enough that the bag broke. What a waste. We didn’t bother contacting Chipotle because they’d probably just give us another burrito instead of refunding us, which would have entailed making another trip there. Their service was rushed for no reason as well. They were racing through making our order. Not sure why, there was no one behind us in line. Maybe that’s why the burrito was poorly wrapped. Also, the items that cost extra wasn’t clear as you walk through the line up and make your food selections. It made ordering difficult. We won’t be going back.

  Signal Hill Chipotle. Are you serious with the portion size ? DO NOT go here. I am actually calling the franchise this is dishonest. So many reviews with the same issue. Guac bowl half full; you could actually see the bottom on one half. The chipotle bowl was like a kids sized order less than half the bowl. For this price it’s NOT okay. Other stores don’t pull this little portions and even the large chips was less than half full bad customer service overall. It seems they think they can get away with it in delivery. Never again! Zero stars and I’m complaining in store also. Bad business practice. Won’t last long in that location being dishonest

  I can’t recall the last time I ordered and they weren’t out of something. Tonight (September 16, 2026) they were out of cheese (the guy preparing my order said they were “making” it and it would take 10 minutes), instead of mild salsa they had diced tomatoes. On prior visits they have been out of beef barbacoa, dressing for salad’s (on multiple occasions) and guacamole. I generally am there after 8:00 pm at night but they are open until 10:00 pm and as a consumer I have a reasonable expectation that they will have properly prepared to deliver their menu. At first I attributed the inability to be prepared to deliver the menu to being busy after just opening with inexperienced staff. However, that is no longer the case. In my view, the consistent failure to be prepared is clearly a management issue. The night time manager(s) simply are incapable of managing in such a way as to have adequate supply of items to deliver the menu. By extension, this is a failure of the general manager to manage their night time manager(s) - either they are aware that their night time manager(s) don’t know what they are doing and haven’t rectified the situation or they are unaware (which they should not be) that their night time manager(s) are incapable of properly managing at night. Very disappointing. I have no doubt that if the Chipotle organization was aware of this locations shortcomings that they would be intervening to have things improved. If they don’t improve I will be contacting them directly.
