  I finally decided to try Chick-fil-A after hearing so many people praise it like it was the gold standard of fast food. After this visit, I honestly left disappointed and wondering what all the hype is really about. The experience already starts off badly before you even enter the restaurant. Parking at this location is a nightmare almost every time. The drive-thru creates congestion everywhere, the lot is overcrowded, and the whole atmosphere feels chaotic for a place that’s supposed to offer quick and efficient service. Once inside, the wait was much longer than expected. Considering how much people praise this chain for its organization and speed, I expected something far smoother. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with waffle fries and also tried one of their salads because I wanted to give the menu a fair chance instead of judging only one item. The chicken sandwich was the biggest disappointment. Visually, it looked decent, but taste-wise it was extremely average. The chicken had crunch on the outside, but the flavor itself was bland and lacked seasoning. The sandwich had no real personality or depth. The sauce added moisture, but it felt like it was trying to compensate for the lack of flavor rather than complementing the sandwich naturally. Nothing about it stood out. The waffle fries looked crispy and fresh, but they had almost no salt or seasoning. They tasted plain and forgettable. Fries are one of the easiest things to get right in fast food, so this was surprising. The salad looked fresh at first glance, but the taste didn’t deliver either. It felt generic and uninspired. The chicken pieces were dry in some bites, and the overall balance of ingredients just wasn’t satisfying. It’s one of those meals that looks much better in photos than it tastes in reality. Another thing that really hurt the experience was the cleanliness. The washrooms were not very clean during my visit, and when a restaurant struggles with basic cleanliness, it affects the overall impression immediately. To be fair, the employees were polite and professional. The staff handled the crowds respectfully and maintained a good attitude despite how busy the place was. That’s honestly the main reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of less. Overall, I truly don’t understand the obsession around this chain. Nothing I ate justified the constant lineups, packed parking lot, or massive reputation. I’ve had much better chicken burgers and fresher meals from smaller local restaurants without half the marketing or hype.

  This was easily the best fast food I've experienced in my 40 years. Adam and Rob were two of the kindest servers who very obviously cared about the customers experience. Above and beyond. Next time we are in Calgary we will most definitely support them. Well mannered and amazing food. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Enjoyed our dine in experience at this location. The service was friendly, food came out fast and everything tasted great. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. We watched as several employees would walk around cleaning tables and wiping everything down. We will certainly be back!

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. Hassan’s customer service was honestly some of the worst I’ve dealt with—rude attitude, dismissive, and it felt like I was inconveniencing him by simply asking for a refill on my drink. On top of that, there were noticeable hygiene issues that made the whole situation uncomfortable, especially in a place serving food. I usually expect better from this brand, but this visit really changed my impression. Definitely needs improvement in both professionalism and cleanliness.

  Arrived for lunch for my nieces birthday order my food at the same time as my sister. Was eating in my sister got her meal first which was fine 16 minutes later after they had finished eating there whole lunch I went up to get my food. To be told it got deleted from the board and I would have to wait til the line of people that ordered after me to get their food first to then get my order I had already placed 20 minutes prior. It was only a small meal nuggets, fries and Mac cheese that I could see directly in front of me sitting on the heat rack. When I said I shouldn't have to wait all over again they slammed the food on my tray and the staff was laughing at me in my face. Terrible service, terrible experience. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! THANKS FOR MY COLD HEAT LAMP GOOD AND UNACCETABLE SERVICE.
