In the 2 years since it’s been in Calgary, I’ve never had poor customer service or bad food—it’s always hot and fresh. This kind of customer service is so rare. To interact with real (friendly) people that aren’t just taking your payment and moving you along like a herd of cattle is much appreciated and needed! Other restaurants need to do better at treating their customers like they are valued! I’m giving this Chic-fil-A 5 MASSIVE STARS! Great job!
- DDdirty dachop3 days ago5.0i’ve had two great encounters with this Chick-fil-A and both were with the employee named Jemal, first time was drive-through that was my first ever time at Chick-fil-A and he was just being so kind he got him through everything it was in my pleasure he made sure I didn’t feel like I was annoying him and that I was wasting his time you know he’s very respectful and then the second time I was dying and he gave me my food he told me to enjoy and then and then he came on my food was good and you know it just felt really nice having someone that can reassure me SOMEONE GIVE THAT KID A RAISE!!!

But the service is at zero. I asked a simple question about a sign, and the cashier just put it aside for herself and said, "Yes, yes, this is yours too." I asked again, and she only said yes. Nobody explained anything, so I had to guess what was happening. So my question is: should guests guess everything by themselves, or should the staff explain what is going on? The food is good, but because of the service I am not sure I will come back.

Upon entering, the atmosphere felt most welcome, with cozy music playing in the background. I have to say, the food was quite expensive, but the taste was exceptional. We ordered two of the chicken burgers, one of which was a meal combo. The burgers tasted wonderful, the fries were probably one of the best fries I’ve had in a long time. The seats were cozy and not bad, but still a few sauce stains here and there. Unlike most reviews I’ve seen about this place, the service was actually very fast, completing and serving the order in just 3 minutes! The bathrooms were clean and overall this place is very welcoming. The cashiers were very kind to take our order. The parking was, sadly, completely full, so we had to park near shake shack. I would definitely recommend this chick fil a.
- JJj jamieeOct 1, 20262.0I love coming to chick fil a and the food is always good and consistent. However, the service is just bad and unwelcoming. The front cashier, Imaan, was rude. She gave my cup and the sides were drenched from the drink. I left to get tissue so I can wipe it myself. And I didn’t hear that she was calling me to give my receipt and my straw, but my friend told me that she saw her throw the straw on the counter and roll her eyes at me behind my back. I also work in customer service and I get people have bad days but if you’re stationed at the front and forced to serve customers, since it’s your job, then act professional. Customer service is not easy, but treating people with common decency is not that hard to do.
