He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun without ever feeling pushy. The food was great, the tequila recommendations were spot on, and the service made our visit memorable. Fantastic service - we used to frequent this spot prior to kids but service and experience was just as good with a 5&7 year old in tow.
- AAAliJul 2, 20263.0Server charged the 20% auto gratuity to the total bill after tax (we were a goup and were aware of the auto gratuity). Watch out how the server charges you! Gratuity should absolutely not include tax amount!!!! Server forgot my margarita and then charged me for it. He was very busy so didn't have a chance to ask about it before we had to leave. Just be sure to Always check your bill at this place. He took the margarita off right away. Didn't apologize, just handed me the new bill and the machine to tap my card. If you're going to charge such a high auto gratuity be on top of it. Cocktails and food were amazing as usual. The muscles were unbelievable!! Never had spicey muscles sauce before but its my new favorite way to have them.
- MMmiyuJun 21, 20261.0I used to love Anejo. It was where I celebrated a friend’s birthday. Sadly, after my experience, I will never return and highly recommend others to avoid it. After a long day, my boyfriend and I sat at the bar. The bartender accidentally dropped a bottle of Old Fashioned, spilling the liquid all over my boyfriend’s clothes. Instead of apologizing, the bartender casually said, "It’ll come out in the wash." He showed zero empathy or initiative to check for stains. We knew it was an accident, but his lack of an apology and dismissive attitude left us upset. When we were quietly discussing the situation among ourselves, the bartender aggressively confronted us, saying, "What is going on? I apologized, and I can hear you." He was combative and even used bad language. When he finally brought the manager over, things only got worse. The manager dismissed the whole situation as a "miscommunication" and completely downplayed it. Neither the bartender nor the manager even bothered to look at or check the ruined clothing. To top it off, when we tried to order a drink from a server who brought our food, they condescendingly replied, "You're sitting at the bar, why don't you order from the bartender?" The complete lack of professionalism, basic manners, and accountability from both the staff and management ruined what used to be a special place for me. Save your money and go somewhere where customers are treated with respect.
