Standing in line for 30 minutes watching 8 subs get made before anyone in the line was asked what they want is unacceptable. The service was slower then ordering a meal at Mr.Mikes during lunch rush....now thats slow.

They recognize me and have memorized my order which I think, in this type of fast paced, customer service environment is something you really do not see anymore. Shout out to Manpreet and Amrit for always allowing me to enjoy this experience.
