- QQQApr 3, 20261.0Drive-thru attendant and shift manager tried to chastise me because they couldn't hear my order and complained because I went to the drive-thru window. They both later acused me of shouting at them at the drive-thru order speak. Of which I did not. I tried three times to place play my order and the attendant could not hear me clearly so I went to the drive-thru window to place my order. Their behavior and attitude was very unprofessional and not to the standard that DQ has for their employees.

I have been a few times and honestly, it has been getting worse… I was craving fries today so I ordered a large, which I paid just over $5 for… I didn’t look in the bag until I got home but this is what $5 worth of fries gets you. It’s not even half full…. I’m pretty disappointed. Not sure if I will be going back.
