  Absolutely unprofessional staff at KFC. I was waiting at the drive-through and nobody even called to take my order. When I finally asked the employee, he casually said the microphone wasn’t working. On top of that, the burger I received was cold. Very disappointing service and poor customer experience.

  Was disappointed in my big crunch sandwich. It was like a flat chicken patty, barely any mayo on it but tons of lettuce.

  We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, I finally went inside to see what was going on, after waiting another 10 minutes they gave me my order which I found out was wrong when I got home. Won't be back.

  Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—exactly what you want every time. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even better. Fast service, great atmosphere, and consistently delicious food. Definitely one of the best KFC visits I’ve had.
