  Imagine You get to kfc drivethrough, theres 1 car at the window, 1 car ordering and u, you order, you clarify your order, you wait 25 MINUTES, with remember 1 window car and 2 cars that order, you finally get to the window, employee lists off 3 different orders to you (none of which are yours) , you say your order again and the employee is just typing it in…. I go “you don’t have it do you” he goes “ill get it going for you now” I reply “ no forget about it, you don’t have it I don’t want it” the employee “blank stares at me” no thoughts. This was not my 1st time here. My first experience was also not good but this is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even understand how this happens. DIABOLICAL

  Absolutely unprofessional staff at KFC. I was waiting at the drive-through and nobody even called to take my order. When I finally asked the employee, he casually said the microphone wasn’t working. On top of that, the burger I received was cold. Very disappointing service and poor customer experience.
