  Its my first time visiting Banff and of all the stores that I can go I choose this store but I am so very disappointed with the service. When I came at the store its busy I found a table but its messy maybe because of the other costumer left their tray at the table. ( its not clean so I clean the table and set the trays aside so I can eat and wait there for sometime.) While I am eating my food I feel so disrespected because their is no need to raise your voice and act racist towards me if she want something from me or if I did something wrong that she does not like she can talk to me in a nice waybut she didn't but when she talk to the other person ( white guy on the other table she is so calm and kind. Why?) Why your staff have to treat me like that I used to work in fast food so I know all the staff should know how to give service because we pay for it not JUST the Food but service and I am just sitting their minding ny own business. Please remind them for good manners and hospitality. Maybe she treat me like that because I am drinking a coffee from other store and my food is on my side when I am eating. I am actually planning to eat it out but the thing is its started to snow outside so I choose to stay. HOPE SHE WON'T DO THAT AGAIN TO SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE THAT SO RUDE OF HER.

  Honestly the worst McDonald's experience ive ever had they couldn't even make the classic big mc properly wish I got a picture but had to argue with the manager who couldn't understand English at all that they had only made half a big Mac 😕

  Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The filipino employees involved in the situation were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. A small issue over a $0.25 bag was escalated unnecessarily and we were even threatened with having the police called. To make things worse she was laughing at us during the interaction which felt disrespectful and humiliating. Overall, the situation was handled very poorly and made us feel unwelcome.

  The service here sucks! The staff are nice but I waited 20 minutes for my order and then when I got it they just told me I should be grateful I got food. After I left I checked the bag and they had given me the wrong food!

  I have lived in Banff for four almost 5 years. This has got to be one of the worst establishments in this town. It’s always constantly dirty. The staff always look miserable and I can’t remember the last time. They got an order right the only reason I’ve waited this long to post I review is because I don’t believe in kicking people when they’re down, but after my experience with the manager today, which has happened at least 15 times I had no choice what to post. When I attempted to order my breakfast, I ordered a Sausage McMuffin meal with a smoothie very simple order after making me wait 22 minutes for my breakfast then then tell me that the smoothie machine is broken. First of all you think that they would give me a pre-warning that my smoothie something that I paid extra for Was not available so that they could figure out what other option I might like instead, they waited till my food was ready which again 22 minutes for a sausage McMuffin is ridiculous. They then attempted to not give me any money back for the smoothie that I Ordered I requested that I get a regular drink as would normally be included and also a refund. Then the manager tried to tell me that I didn’t pay the amount that I paid for the up charge. It’s not that they can’t make mistakes. That’s totally fine. it’s the way that they talk to you and treat you that is just other, sir. Terrible service if I could give Less than one Star, I would do whatever you can do avoid this spot as it will not be worth your wild and there’s so many other places you can go to enjoy your vacation!
