    We were visiting Banff and decided to give this place a try. The Guacamole and chips is amazing, they make this AT YOUR TABLE fresh!! The service was really great and friendly. We tried the corn tacos (the "six pack!") and it was really good. There spicy mayo is out of this world. We really enjoyed the dinner here -- its not unique to Banff, BUT, it is really good on value, taste, service and atmosphere, so we really had a great time. We are foodies, so says a lot when we like a place :-). Thank you to the staff!!!

    We came here with family and ordered Table-side guac and kids quesadillas to begin with. We informed the male server who got our order to give us a few mins to decide on the main course. Ofcourse there were no issues with this guy. But after sometime the table next to us got filled in and it turned out they were friends with the female server who was supposedly going to prepare our guac. Soon-after they occupied the table next to us, this female server in less than 2 mins goes to the table next to us and starts preparing the guac. I saw these 2 boys who almost put their head in the guac bowl with us left to wonder how they got their guac so fast since we had been waiting there for 10 mins. After she was done preparing the guac on the other table, she turns around and serves the same to us. I asked the guy who took our order, that why was it prepared on that table and not ours to which he answered, may be by mistake. No sorry, no service recovery. I immediately asked for my cheque and left without ordering the main course. Rude, impolite and worst experience. I dont know why did i pay for table side guac.. I simply could have ordered kitchen guac with no heads poking in that guac. Disgusting and Disrespectful. Never coming back.

    Excellent and reasonably priced food!! Best food we have had in Banff (this is our 5th restaurant so far!). Tacos were superbly flavored and generous and the shrimp citrus salad was really memorable - generous, perfectly cooked shrimp with a lively and flavorful salad. Our server Paris was just perfect snd all the staff were great. Really glad we came here. Fantastic value - the best buy in Banff!!!

    Had such a wonderful experience at this Mexican restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and everything was full of flavour. A special shoutout to Charlie, who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back when next time in Banff and would highly recommend this place and if you’re lucky enough to have Charlie as your waiter, you’re in for a treat 😁

    Lots of empty tables — but somehow, no table for us until 7 p.m. On October 4 around 5:30 p.m., my Asian family walked into this restaurant and were told by the Asian face hostess that there was no availability until 7, while MANY tables were visibly empty. As I turned away, my husband saw the hostess make a disgusted face at us. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed the tables were reserved. But here’s the part that really bothered us: we came back around 6:30 p.m. — and many of those same tables were STILL EMPTY. We took photos. So what exactly happened here? I can’t prove why we were treated this way, but as an Asian family, the combination of being turned away, the hostess’s attitude, and seeing those tables still empty an hour later made us seriously question whether we were treated differently. Whatever the reason, no customer should be made to feel this unwelcome.
