- PPPRUTHVI PATEL5 days ago5.0Visited the store yesterday and it was very busy, but the service was amazing. One girl and one boy staff member were working very fast and handling everything so well. They were also smiling and enjoying while making the food, which created such a positive atmosphere. Really appreciated their hard work and friendly attitude. Great service and great experience!

However, today after ordering a Powerball, 6-in sub and two of those small sandwiches, I was extremely disappointed. Disappointed. I'm posting a picture of the Powerball! As you can see it's not even full at best it's half full! Just because I make an online order doesn't mean that you could skimp the customer because they're not there. I don't know if the owner responds to reviews but I would like to speak to them and give them opportunity to make this right. Otherwise this review stays!

There were only two staff members working a younger girl with glasses and an older lady and it seemed like most of the workload was falling on the younger employee. She was handling everything but it didn’t seem fair. Management should takes a look at staff distribution and ensure a better working environment for everyone.
