  Just had an interaction with a man named Josh, it was my first time filling up my jug of water. He was so kind and helpful, brought me a cart so I dont have to carry it and made sure the lid was on tight. Couldn’t have done it without him, thank you again Josh!

  They have expired products. I went there yesterday to buy snacks for dinner and ended up getting expired food - masala spring rolls expired on 22 oct 2025 - Almost a year in 3 months. I ate the whole bag last night and was sick this whole day and still am. I had very bad nausea and diarrhea because of this store. I would have never imagined that a store like save on foods. Nobody audited the expiry products for a year? What kind of service is that? I am going to complain to AHS about the quality of food and food items sold at this store. Who is responsible for my health now? This is a serious concern!

  Overall, this is a nice store and the front line staff are exceptional. Management likes to place pallets of bottled water in front of the store in full exposure to the sun and heat, which is unhealthy to consume due to heat and UV ray exposure. This causes microplastics and chemicals like BPAs, and heavy metals like antimony to leech into the water as the plastic degrades from this heat and sunlight. This was brought up to the previous managers in person a few years ago, and we were given an immature and dismissive response. Notes have been put in the suggestion box expressing these concerns before and since then, with no follow up actions. I mentioned it to a front end employee earlier this week, and still nothing is being done about it, so be wary of buying bottled water here or anywhere that stores excess product in heat or the sunlight. .

  The only complaints I have here are higher prices (this IS the boutique grocery store despite the name) and some of the deal days run out by the time those with jobs can get there after work. However, they’re typically well-stocked with friendly and helpful staff in every department. We ADORE the meat counter for prepared to put right on the grill choices. Produce has seen some of the typical issues when fruit is out of season, but usually it's great. When open the garden items are some of the best I've bought, one raspberry pot has populated my entire yard. The bakery handled our cake request well, though we just preordered the rainbow sprinkle cake we see on occasion to make sure one was there. It was frozen at pickup, which I hadn't been informed of, but we had time to thaw before the party. The biggest thing I love is the fresh deli. I used to travel for work and this is what I looked for for meals. Fresh soup, wings, meats, sides, salads, even single serve baking. I just wish it was open a little later but the cold cooler is usually well-stocked for that too.
