  Save-On-Foods is a great stop just off the highway. The meat and protein department is consistently top quality, and the member pricing offers solid value on everyday items. Opens at 7:00am, it’s clean, well stocked, and a dependable place to do your grocery shopping.

  Terrible bakery. This year they forgot my son’s birthday cake. They didn’t make it and lost the order sheet. When I came to pickup the day of they didn’t have it ready and tried to say I must have ordered it at some other location. After I tell them I ordered it in person and I’m certain, they looked through their sheets and found my sheet attached to the back of someone else’s. They didn’t have the cake ready and I had to return 3 hours later for it. I was very understanding that it was an honest mistake and appreciated that they were able to stilll make it. Today I however tried to order a cake for Sat. (It is Wednesday) and I was told no birthday cakes can be ordered since Sunday is Mother’s Day… My daughters birthday is on Mothers Day… but I guess no cake for her since all the mothers need the cake more than a 3 year old for her birthday. I just think to refuse cakes when all they do is pull them out of a freezer and decorate is crazy.

  I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at this location. The cashiers are always extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I especially want to highlight Megan—her friendliness and positive attitude really stood out. She was engaging, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. It’s rare to encounter staff who are not only professional but genuinely personable. Their helpfulness and willingness to connect made my visit a truly pleasant experience. I left feeling appreciated as a customer and will definitely return. This location is now the only grocery store I shop at because of the cleanliness and excellent service. Every time I shop here, I’m reminded why it’s my go-to spot.

  I like Save-On-Foods and the store overall, which is why we are giving it four stars. However, I recently had an issue when we came into the store to exchange a dairy product that had gone bad, even though it was still within the expiry date and had been delivered from Save-On-Foods. When I spoke with customer service, the representative told me that they do not do deliveries. I explained several times that we order through Save-On-Foods, but she repeated that they do not do deliveries at all. I was puzzled. To clarify, we use Instacart, which picks up our groceries from Save-On-Foods and delivers them to our home. Since the product came from your store, we expected the exchange to be handled without confusion. Aside from this experience, we do like the store and the products, but the situation at customer service was frustrating and could have been handled better.

  Love this save on! They were out of our favourite sushi and Christian made us some fresh ones and brought them to us while we were shopping! Made our day!
