We waited for over an hour for our food and never received an update, and our waiter didn’t check on us while we were seated. I was with my daughters, one who is 5 years old, we had not eaten in hopes of dining out and sharing a nice afternoon. We walked out after an hour and a half of waiting due to lack of attention, service, and overall customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

The meal started off poorly when we found dirty paper/towel debris inside a pop glass and were also served a dirty water glass. Neither drink was replaced, and we were not provided with a clean water glass. Service was equally disappointing. There were four meals ordered for our table. Two meals arrived first, then another came over five minutes later. After waiting another 15 minutes and finally getting our server’s attention, we were told that the fourth meal had been delivered to the wrong table and had to be reordered. One guest was left watching everyone else eat while waiting for their meal. To make matters worse, one meal was ordered with extra salsa, which never arrived until we asked for it near the end of the meal after once again having trouble getting the server’s attention. Our server rarely checked on our table unless we flagged her down, yet she appeared to spend considerable time socializing with a table of friends while our table was left unattended. While the food itself was reasonably tasty, it’s difficult to have confidence in the quality and cleanliness of the kitchen when dirty glasses are making it to customers’ tables. Despite the numerous service failures, the delayed meal, and the cleanliness concerns, we were only offered a 10% discount. The missing meal was not removed from the bill, which was disappointing given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations, and we will think twice before returning.
